目前，人们在使用毛笔写字时，需要在墨汁里面涮笔，涮完以后要挤出其中多余的墨汁；毛笔用完后，要在清水中涮干净，然后挤出水分晾干。整个过程需要多次涮笔和挤压笔尖，非常麻烦。

如图1-2所示，本实用新型实施例所述一种涮笔筒，包括筒体1，筒体1的顶部设有筒盖2，所述筒体1的内部靠近顶端处设有隔板3，隔板3的中部设有孔4，孔4上设有朝向筒体1底部的若干能够活动的叶片5。
使用时，取下筒盖2，将笔尖伸入小孔4，推动叶片5张开，笔尖继续向下伸入墨汁中或水中可以涮笔；涮完后，笔尖回缩，叶片5自动合上，夹住笔尖挤出其中的墨汁或水，涮笔和擦笔的动作可以同步完成，节约时间。
