本实用新型公开了一种鞋垫。针对普通鞋垫透气性和吸汗性不够理想，鞋内容易受潮，容易产生异味，长期使用还会使脚部感染细菌产生脚部疾病的问题，本实用新型提供了一种鞋垫，包括底层和面层，所述底层和面层之间设有一竹炭层，所述底层为无纺布，所述面层为短绒毛布料，所述竹炭层包括两层无纺布和复合在该两层无纺布之间的炭粉层。本实用新型采用竹炭层不仅使得鞋垫的透气性和吸汗性良好，还可以加快脚部血液循环、调节汗脾、止痒祛脚气、除臭抑菌同时绿色环保无污染。

本实用新型涉及日常生活用品，尤其是一种鞋垫。
背景技术
目前市场上鞋类数量膨大、种类繁多，但是鞋子自身不带鞋垫或者所带鞋垫容易破损腐烂，因此推动了鞋垫产业的蓬勃发展，而现有普通鞋垫一般采用普通布料制作，透气性和吸汗性不够理想，使鞋内容易受潮，容易产生异味，长期如此的话还会使脚部感染细菌产生脚部疾病；还有些厂家为了除去鞋内异味或者为了使鞋垫起到保健功能往往在普通鞋垫内添加一些中草药，但是中草药一旦使用久了就会失去效力，一些流体状态的垫内填充物还会造成污染。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术中存在的不足和缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种透气性和吸汗性良好，还可加快脚部血液循环、调节汗脾、止痒祛脚气、除臭抑菌同时绿色环保无污染的鞋垫。
本实用新型的技术方案：一种鞋垫，包括底层和面层，所述底层和面层之间设有一竹炭层，所述底层为无纺布，所述面层为短绒毛布料，所述竹炭层包括两层无纺布和复合在该两层无纺布之间的炭粉层。底层采用无纺布增加鞋垫的牢固性，面层为短绒毛布料可以增加鞋垫的柔然性和透气性，竹炭层中的炭粉具有良好的透气性和吸汗性，还具有红外功能，不仅可以加快脚部血液循环，还能调节汗脾、止痒祛脚气、除臭抑菌。
优选地，所述底层、竹炭层和面层依次复合位一体，周围设有包边。鞋垫采用三层复合再加包边可以增加鞋垫的牢固度。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型采用竹炭层不仅使得鞋垫的透气性和吸汗性良好，还可以加快脚部血液循环、调节汗脾、止痒祛脚气、除臭抑菌同时绿色环保无污染。

下面通过附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明，但不作为对本实用新型的限定。
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型包括底层1和面层3，底层1为无纺布，面层3为短绒毛布料，底层1和面层3之间设有竹炭层2，竹炭层2包括两层无纺布5和复合在该两层无纺布5之间的炭粉层4，底层1、竹炭层2和面层3依次复合为一体，周围设有包边6。本实用新型由于面层3采用短绒毛布料，可以增加鞋垫的柔然性和透气性；同时面层3还可以采用经编织布或其他柔软性和透气性良好的材料，竹炭层2由两层无纺布5中间夹炭粉层4然后高温复合而成，竹炭层2中的炭粉层4具有良好的透气性和吸汗性，还具有红外功能，不仅可以加快脚部血液循环，还能调节汗脾、止痒祛脚气、除臭抑菌。
本实用新型在制造过程中先用两层无纺布5将炭粉层4包覆，添加粘合剂，然后在高温下将其压合制成竹炭层2；然后竹炭层2依次与底层1和面层4高温复合制成鞋垫毛坯；然后将鞋垫冲床定型；最后进行包边处理得到鞋垫成品。

1.一种鞋垫，包括底层和面层，其特征在于：所述底层和面层之间设有一竹炭层，所述底层为无纺布，所述面层为短绒毛布料，所述竹炭层包括两层无纺布和复合在该两层无纺布之间的炭粉层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋垫，其特征在于：所述底层、竹炭层和面层依次复合位一体，周围设有包边。
