本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：由毛竹片里边、毛竹片背部、毛竹片外边组成，其特征在于毛竹片里边与毛竹片外边上连接毛竹片背部，使用时把毛竹片里边与毛竹片外边构成的槽沟放入垃圾桶口架子上，把塑料袋夹在架子横杆上即可，当塑料袋装满垃圾或定时将本实用新型夹子取出，将垃圾袋转移即可。
