一种远红外缸贴炉,炉座(1)侧面有进风口(2)、燃气管接头(3)和电子打火开关(4),座内有燃气管(5),其特征在于:炉座(1)上边有远红外燃烧器(6)和炉膛(8),炉膛(8)上部有炉口(11),炉膛(8)由倒立在炉座(1)上面无底的陶瓷缸(9)组成,陶瓷缸(9)的外壁有保温层(10)。缸贴又名烧饼,是用面粉、调料和水加工成一定形状贴在陶瓷缸内烧烤而成的一种美味食物,以液化气替代传统的焦炭、木炭和煤炭,采用远红外催化技术,无烟熏火缭、加热效果好,消耗能源低。该炉也可以加工其它物品,用途广泛。

背景技术:
缸贴是我国广大地区民间流行已久的用面粉加工的食物,因用陶瓷缸烤制而得名,又名烧饼,层状,层层有食油、食盐、香料,表面有黑芝麻,烤至桔黄,香脆可口。长期以来烧烤缸贴的燃料,从前为木炭,现在用焦炭。焦炭直接烘烤食物有两大弊端,一是焦炭含硫有刺激性气味,长期食用这种食物有害健康;二是焦炭升炉难,压炉难,待机时间浪费能源,火力温度不好控制,配用鼓风机消耗电能增加成本。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种远红外缸贴炉,运用远红外催化技术,以天然气或者石油液化气为燃料,进行无火焰催化燃烧,保护环境、节约成本,提高产品质量。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方式实现的:该远红外缸贴炉下部为炉座,炉座侧面有进风口、燃气管接头和电子打火开关,座内有铜质燃气管。炉座上边有远红外燃烧器和炉膛。远红外燃烧器上边有网罩,炉膛上部有炉口,炉膛由倒立在炉座上面无底的陶瓷缸组成,陶瓷缸的外壁有保温层。炉口上面有炉盖,炉盖为活动式,周围有对流孔排出废气。
工作时,接通液化气,打开开关升炉,盖上炉盖使陶瓷缸预 热,热到一定温度,打开炉盖,缸贴生坯从炉口一个一个贴在缸的内壁,再盖上炉盖,数分钟后表面烤至桔黄,即为成品,用火剪逐个出炉。
远红外燃烧器为陶瓷辐射发热体,在网罩协助下保证燃料充分燃烧,完全燃烧,无火焰燃烧,燃烧火孔永不结碳,热辐射强度大,而且火力大小可以调控。红外线波不受中间空气干扰,直接穿透空气加热物体,并且在没有电磁波的微波辐射作用下,均匀地高质量地加热。在远红外催化反应过程中,能够抑制生成有毒有害物质的副反应发生,无NOx、CO、CH等温室气体排放。
本实用新型的优点:该远红外缸贴炉采用远红外催化燃烧技术,烧烤食物时无油烟产生,无烟雾缭绕,无刺激性气味侵害,控制温室气体排放,有效地保护大气环境和周围小环境,干净卫生,有利于健康,而且远红外辐射强度大,加热效果好,能源消耗低,节约成本,结构简单,操作方便,用途广泛。

参照图1、图2,炉座1 侧面有进风口2、进气管接口3和电子打火开关4,内部有燃气管5,炉座上部有远红外燃烧器6 和炉膛8,炉膛8上部有炉口11。炉膛8由倒立在炉座1上面的无底的陶瓷缸9组成,远红外燃烧器6上边有网罩7,陶瓷缸9的外壁有保温层10,炉盖13有把手12和对流孔14。
