勺子是家常生活中常见的饮食工具，一般用来舀汤用。一般的勺子由勺柄和下端的勺体构成。在平时，一般人们使用的勺子有两种，一把汤勺，另一把是漏勺，两者的区别在于漏勺上分布有多个漏孔，用来漏掉汤汁，存留下食物。一般的勺子都是一体成型的，勺柄的长度也是固定的，在存放或者放置勺子时会发现固定长度勺柄的勺子不方便存放。大部分情况下人们将勺柄的顶端转孔，然后通过转孔挂在墙上的钩子上面。这种存放方式简单，但是因为外置在外面，所以容易沾上灰尘，每次使用前都必须进行清洗，而且需要在墙上打上钉子，对墙壁也有一定的损坏。同时，现在很多家庭里面都配置有消毒柜，消毒柜的空间不够纵深，如果勺子过长，不能够放入消毒柜中消毒。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供了一种可折叠漏勺，在漏勺的勺柄设计了弯曲折叠的结构，可以将漏勺折叠存放，减小了存储空间，并且清洁消毒也很方便。
为实现上述发明目的而采用的技术解决方案是这样的：
所提供的可折叠漏勺由勺柄和勺体构成，勺柄与勺体一体连接，且勺柄位于勺体正面的下端；
勺柄中间设置有一折叠关节。
优选地，上述勺体上设置有多个漏孔。
优选地，上述勺柄和勺体均为金属材料制成。
优选地，上述金属材料为不锈钢。

如图1所示，本实用新型为一种可折叠漏勺，由勺柄1、勺体2和折叠关节3构成，勺柄1与勺体2一体连接，且勺柄1位于勺体2正面的下端；勺体2内凹呈碗装，具有空间，为了实现漏勺的效果，在勺体2上有多个漏孔4，这些漏孔4分布均匀，大小也刚好合适，一般地其孔径比花椒粒的直径略大或者相当即可。勺柄1中间设置有一折叠关节3，整个勺子一般的为金属材料制成，大多数为不锈钢材料，也可以用其他的金属，如金、铜等金属制成。
如图2和图3所示，为本实用新型的使用示意图，由于折叠关节3把勺柄1分成了两部分，因此勺柄1可以按照折叠关节3进行折叠，将勺柄1的上部分和小部分对折，并且贴在一起。在需要使用时，可以将折叠的部分沿着折叠关 节3再释放开，重新变成一个完整的勺柄1。
本实用新型对传统的漏勺进行了改造，加设了折叠关节，使得漏勺可以在勺柄的中间处实现对折，并且在使用时释放成原状，收放自如，使用快捷，存放和清洗都很方便。

3.如权利要求1或2所述的可折叠漏勺，其特征在于：所述勺柄(1)和勺体(2)均为金属材料制成。
