为了克服部分人打不好鸡蛋的不足，本实用新型提供一种打蛋器，该器具可以有效打破鸡蛋，分离蛋壳与蛋液。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种打蛋器，其特征是：由两个中部有转轴固定的活动臂组成，活动臂一端为半圆形的夹子头，另一端为手柄，两手柄之间装有复位弹簧。复位弹簧伸开时夹子头张开，夹子头合拢时时中间圆孔大小略比鸡蛋小些。
