目前,公知的组件裁边刀都使用美工刀,每修剪30块组件要换一块刀片,而且用美工刀修剪很容易割到操作工人的手,员工修剪比较费力,修剪组件精度较差。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种电池组件修边修剪刀,为了克服现有的修剪刀使用次数少和重复性差等不足,本实用新型修剪刀可以重复使用,而且能方便解决修剪刀的危险性和修剪组件的重复性,并大幅度地降低生产成本。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:电池组件修边修剪刀,是由不锈钢刀片、固定螺栓、不锈钢手柄、橡胶套所组成,其特征在于:用20厘米长直径7-8毫米的不锈钢手柄,在手柄一端开口,打两个孔便于刀片固定,在手柄另外一端套上圆形橡胶套;在所述的开口端处固定双面开口或单面开口的钢制刀片。
本实用新型的有益效果是,修剪组件员工不费力,修剪组件重复性较好,刀片打磨可以重复使用,实用性强,结构简单。
