本实用新型公开了一种用于OGV叶片螺栓孔修理的夹具，所述夹具包括一横杆和一竖杆构成的T形结构，在该夹具竖杆的两端远离横杆的一侧均设有修理孔，靠近横杆的一侧均设有定位孔，所述修理孔和定位孔同轴且相通，所述定位孔内设有与其匹配的定位胀套。本实用新型便于定位、安装和修理，缩短了修理周期和修理成本，带有定位胀套，使之安装精度能得到保证。

本实用新型涉及一种夹具，尤其涉及一种用于OGV叶片螺栓孔修理的夹具。
背景技术
目前由于叶片的固定螺栓孔部位磨损超标情况较突出，造成该情况是由于叶片在工作中长期和钢质的螺栓接触摩擦造成，根据要求可以通过加大磨损的底孔后镶装钢衬套来修复，但是此类故障叶片一般都只能停用待修，给公司的正常修理带来周期和成本压力，在经过研究分析后，确定此项修理的重点在于加工夹具的设计，以往的夹具无法很好的定位安装，因此给修理带来了诸多不便。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题，本实用新型目的在于提供一种用于OGV叶片螺栓孔修理的夹具。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种用于OGV叶片螺栓孔修理的夹具，所述夹具包括一横杆和一竖杆构成的T形结构，在该夹具竖杆的两端远离横杆的一侧均设有修理孔，靠近横杆的一侧均设有定位孔，所述修理孔和定位孔同轴且相通，所述定位孔内设有与其匹配的定位胀套。
