本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是避免上述问题的产生,提供一种新的解决之道。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本实用新型的结构特点是导体外挤包绝缘层构成,导体采用无氧软铜材料,多股绞合时绞入细钢丝,绝缘采用抗拉撕硅橡胶材料;钢丝绳外绝缘,绝缘采用抗拉撕硅橡胶材料;线芯与外加绝缘的钢丝绳一起成缆绞合,绕包非吸湿性材料,护套层由线芯外挤包抗拉撕硅橡胶材料。
本实用新型的优点主要体现在:通过将钢丝绞入导体中,并在缆芯中绞入外加绝缘的钢丝绳,满足了特殊场所的要求,大大提高产品的抗拉力。

具体实施方式
参见附图,本实用新型由多根芯线和钢丝绳组成,每根芯线在导体1内绞入细钢丝2,导体1外挤包绝缘层4、钢丝绳3外挤包绝缘层4,线芯外绕包非吸湿性材料5,护套层6挤放抗拉撕硅橡胶。

1.一种特种抗拉电缆,包括导体、绝缘层、外加绝缘的钢丝绳、绕包层、护套层,其中导体外挤包绝缘层构成,其特征在于所述的导体采用无氧软铜材料,多股绞合时绞入细钢丝,绝缘采用抗拉撕硅橡胶材料;钢丝绳外绝缘,绝缘采用抗拉撕硅橡胶材料,线芯与外加绝缘的钢丝绳一起成缆绞合,绕包非吸湿性材料,护套层由线芯外挤包抗拉撕硅橡胶材料。
