Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种LED交通信号灯，包括外壳，外壳后部设有铝基板，铝基板上设有一大功率高亮LED，LED前面设有透镜及透光面板。本技术方案采用单颗大功率高亮LED作为光源，通过光学透镜聚焦和散射处理，使其光学性能完全符合用以替代原先的多枚LED矩阵排列的交通信号灯。

技术领域
本实用新型属于交通信号灯领域，特别是涉及一种LED交通信号灯。
背景技术
近年来，新材料、新技术在道路交通领域不断得到应用，发光二极管(LED)在道路交通领域的广泛应用更是有目共睹。1999年我国部分城市开始试用LED光源的道路交通信号灯，从2000年至今，国内许多大、中城市开始大规模应用LED光源的道路交通信号灯。LED道路交通信号灯的光源是由很多的LED组成，按一定规则的排列方式排列成相应图案，因此该类产品不是点光源而是一个面光源。LED道路交通信号灯的光源由串、并联电路连接的LED阵列组成，工作在恒流状态，因此可以认为光源的发光面是均匀的。
但是，采用LED阵列作为光源的交通信号灯存在成本高、能耗大、视角偏小、系统电路复杂、亮度衰减快、个别LED损坏影响整灯使用等问题。现在，随着大功率LED封装技术的发展，减少LED结点与插脚间的热阻抗，把封装外壳做成扁平，从而通过缩短结点与插脚之间的距离，来缩短传输的距离。同时，引线支架的直径更大，引脚增大，并使用热传导性能较好的材料制作，能使热量更快地散发出来，使用能耐高温的环氧树脂，解决了高温和散热问题，因此可以利用大芯片进行封装，致使其工作电流可由一般的20mA增大到350mA、700mA甚至1000mA，其功率可以达1w、3w、甚至5W。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种LED交通信号灯，采用单颗LED作为光源，通过透镜对出射光进行匀光处理，具有能耗低、视角大、亮度恒定、色度均匀、系统稳定、电路简单、制造成本低、使用寿命长等特点。
为了达到上述的目的，本实用新型采用了以下的技术方案：
一种LED交通信号灯，包括外壳，所述外壳后部设有铝基板，铝基板上设有一大功率高亮LED，LED前面设有透镜及透光面板。
上述透镜的入光面为凹面，透镜的出光面为凸面。
作为优选，上述外壳前部伸出有遮延。
本实用新型由于采用了以上的技术方案，采用单颗大功率高亮LED作为光源，通过光学透镜聚焦和散射处理，使其光学性能完全符合用以替代原先的多枚LED矩阵排列的交通信号灯。它的特点是：1)由于大功率LED封装结构的辐射形视角很宽，不像一般LED需对由基片出射的大部分光改变方向，因此光学效率较高。2)由于采用单颗大功率LED，不会产生原先多LED信号灯由于一个或一串LED失效而出现光斑不匀的现象，所以大功率LED信号灯色度更均匀，光学效果更好。3)由于大功率LED信号灯管数少，支路少，因此容易使用支路恒流的电源；还有，允许工作电流较大，受电流控制波动影响小，对电源精确控制的依赖性较小，所以使用寿命长。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式做一个详细的说明。
实施例1：
如图1、图2所示的一种LED交通信号灯，包括外壳4，所述外壳4后部设有散热用的铝基板6，铝基板6上设有一颗大功率高亮LED5，LED5前面设有透镜1及透光面板2；上述透镜1的入光面为凹面，透镜1的出光面为凸面；上述外壳4前部伸出有遮延3。透光面板2为工作面，可以在其上设置孔板从而透光形成交通指示图案。

1.一种LED交通信号灯，包括外壳(4)，其特征在于，所述外壳(4)后部设有铝基板(6)，铝基板(6)上设有一大功率高亮LED(5)，LED(5)前面设有透镜(1)及透光面板(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED交通信号灯，其特征在于，所述透镜(1)的入光面为凹面，透镜(1)的出光面为凸面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种LED交通信号灯，其特征在于，所述外壳(4)前部伸出有遮延(3)。
