一种新型压缩机冷藏暖藏箱
技术领域:本实用新型涉及到一种压缩机制冷制热的家用电器,特别是一种新型压缩机冷藏暖藏箱及应用于该新型压缩机冷藏暖藏箱上的一种制冷制热转换技术。
背景技术:目前,市场上有一种半导体冷藏箱.是用风扇加散热片进行外部换热的半导体冷藏箱,箱内既可制冷又可制热,但制冷效率低且有明显噪音。
发明目的:本实用新型的目的是提供这样一种新型的压缩机冷藏暖藏箱,它可以任意制冷或制热,制冷效率和制热效率远高于以前的普通半导体冷藏暖藏箱。
本实用新型的目的是通过下面的技术方案实现的:用合适的材料制作带有一个储藏室的冷藏暖藏箱箱体,用导热性能良好的金属材料制作成合适的冷媒能在内部流动的的室内换热器,用导热性能良好的金属材料制作成合适的冷媒能在内部流动的室外换热器,用合适的材料制作成具有节流功能的双向节流器,选择合适的多通道电磁阀及压缩机,其特征是:室内换热器、室外换热器均通过多通道电磁阀与压缩机相连通,室内换热器通过双向节流器与室外换热器直接连通,构成冷媒的循环流动通路。
本实用新型的工作原理是这样的,这里以压缩机冷藏暖藏箱工作在制冷状态来举例说明,压缩机冷藏暖藏箱通电后开始工作,由于压缩机的工作,低温低压的气态冷媒被压缩成高温高压的气液混合态冷媒并进入了室外换热器,经过向外部空气散热,高温高压的气液混合态冷媒转变为中温高压的液态冷媒,经过双向节流器进入室内换热器后立即膨胀变为超低温及低压的气态冷媒,并通过室内换热器吸取储藏室内的热量,使储藏室内的温度降低,达到制冷的目的,通过多通道电磁阀可以改变冷媒的流动方向,又可以使压缩机藏暖藏箱工作在制热状态。

具体实施方式:下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明:
如图1、图2所示,用合适的材料制作带有一个储藏室1的冷藏暖藏箱箱体,用导热性能良好的金属材料制作成合适的冷媒能在内部流动的的室内换热器2,用导热性能良好的金属材料制作成合适的冷媒能在内部流动的室外换热器3,用合适的材料制作成具有节流功能的双向节流器6,选择合适的多通道电磁阀4及压缩机5,其特征是:室内换热器2、室外换热器3均通过多通道电磁阀4与压缩机5相连通,室内换热器2通过双向节流器6与室外换热器3直接连通,构成冷媒的循环流动通路。
本实用新型的工作原理是这样的,这里以压缩机冷藏暖藏箱工作在制冷状态来举例说明,压缩机冷藏暖藏箱通电后开始工作,由于压缩机5的工作,低温低压的气态冷媒被压缩成高温高压的气液混合态冷媒并进入了室外换热器3,经过向外部空气散热,高温高压的气液混合态冷媒转变为中温高压的液态冷媒,经过双向节流器6进入室内换热器2后立即膨胀变为超低温及低压的气态冷媒,并通过室内换热器2吸取储藏室1内的热量,使储藏室1内的温度降低,达到制冷的目的,通过多通道电磁阀4可以改变冷媒的流动方向,又可以使压缩机冷藏暖藏箱工作在制热状态。

1.一种新型压缩机冷藏暖藏箱,包括带有储藏室(1)的箱体、室内换热器(2)、室外换热器(3)、双向节流器(6)、多通道电磁阀(4)及压缩机(5),其特征是:室内换热器(2)、室外换热器(3)均通过多通道电磁阀(4)与压缩机相(5)连通,构成冷媒的流动通路。
2.如权利要求1所述一种新型压缩机冷藏暖藏箱,其特征是:室内换热器(2)通过双向节流器(6)与室外换热器(3)直接连通。
