Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种内镶圆柱滴灌管。由于传统的滴灌管内的迷宫式流道两侧圆弧大小一致,使得残留流道中的菌类和泥沙不能完全被冲洗掉,降低了滴灌管的滴水均匀性。一种内镶圆柱滴灌管,包括滴头本体、进水口、出水口和流道,所述的流道为迷宫式流道,有一组并对称设置在滴头本体的轴向两侧且相互交错对应设置,滴头本体设置在公称直径为8mm的管材中。本实用新型在滴水过程中将残留在流道中的菌类和泥沙完全的冲洗掉,保证了滴灌管的滴水均匀性;8mm小管径滴灌管不仅能满足普通16mm滴灌管的所有特性,广泛运用于日光温室、蔬菜大棚、田园绿化等,并且比普通滴灌管制造成本降低50%左右,成本的降低使农户更容易接受,对滴灌技术的推广更为有利。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种滴灌装置,具体指一种内镶圆柱滴灌管。
背景技术:
目前国内使用的滴灌管多采用窄而长的锯齿形流道进行消能,以保证滴灌管的滴水均匀性,由于这种形状的流道窄而长,所以在流道内存在一些菌类或泥沙,就极容易发生堵塞,影响滴灌管的滴水均匀性;市场上普遍使用的滴灌管规格为16mm,制造成本偏高,这对于滴灌技术的推广有一定的制约。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于克服了上述背景技术中的不足之处,提供一种内镶圆柱滴灌管,它能在滴水过程中将残留在流道中的菌类和泥沙完全的冲洗掉,保证了滴灌管的滴水均匀性。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用的技术解决方案为:一种内镶圆柱滴灌管,包括滴头本体、进水口、出水口和流道,其特征在于:所述的流道为迷宫式流道,所述的滴头本体设置在公称直径为8mm的管材中。
所述的迷宫式流道有一组并对称设置在滴头本体的轴向两侧且相互交错对应设置。
所述的进水口和出水口设置在迷宫式流道的两端。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型将滴水器的流道进行改进,并对通过两侧不同的大小的流道断面增加涡流,使水流在流经过程中,产生更加强劲的涡流, 将菌类或泥沙完全冲走,并且使其负压增加,水流稳定均匀,8mm小管径滴灌管不仅能满足普通16mm滴灌管的所有特性,广泛运用于日光温室、蔬菜大棚、田园绿化等,并且比普通滴灌管制造成本降低50%左右,成本的降低使农户更容易接受,对滴灌技术的推广更为有利。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述:
参见图1:本实用新型本体为圆柱形管材,包括滴头本体、进水口3、出水口1和流道,沿滴水器本体轴向设有两组迷宫式流道流道4,所述的迷宫式式流道4有一组并对称设置在滴头本体的轴向两侧且相互交错对应设置,一组迷宫式流道4之间相互连通,两组迷宫式流道流道4之间和滴水器两端为粘合面5.1和粘合面5.2,两端粘合面5.2内侧设有出水口1和出水口1,出水口1和出水口1处矩形槽位置设有出水口使水流流出,迷宫式流道4入口设有进水口3,进水口3处设有拦污栅2。
参见图2:为流道的几何形状图,从中可以更清楚地看出迷宫式消能流道的几何形状,并且水流经过流道时,增加涡流强度,使残留在流道中的菌类和泥沙完全的冲洗掉。使用时通过滴灌管生产线将本实用新型内镶滴灌管滴水器镶 嵌在管子内,有压水流通过该滴水器的进水拦污栅2流入迷宫式流道流道4内,经过迷宫式流道4内的几何形状消能处理,到达滴水器的出水口1和出水口1处,出水口处在压力满足条件下,深度不再同迷宫式流道流过,在出水口1和出水口1处打一微小细孔,使水流流出。
滴头本体镶嵌于直径8mm的管材中,使其粘接牢固,在出水口两处通过机械打孔,使水流均匀流出。
Claims (3)
1.一种内镶圆柱滴灌管,包括滴头本体、进水口(3)、出水口(1)和流道,其特征在于:所述的流道为迷宫式流道(4),所述的滴头本体设置在公称直径为8mm的管材中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种内镶圆柱滴灌管,其特征在于:所述的迷宫式流道(4)有一组并对称设置在滴头本体的轴向两侧且相互交错对应设置。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种内镶圆柱滴灌管,其特征在于:所述的进水口(3)和出水口(1)设置在迷宫式流道的两端。
