Abstract
一种两用砧板，包括矩形的砧板本体，该砧板本体的一侧形成有把手，该砧板本体与该把手相对的侧边形成斜角边结构。与现有技术相比，本实用新型的一种两用砧板既可作为普通的砧板使用，又可作为铲子使用，一板两用，特别是在较大型的烹饪操作时十分实用，不但提高操作效率，且干净卫生。

本实用新型涉及一种厨房用具，特别是指一种砧板。
背景技术
砧板是厨房中捶、切、剁、砸东西时垫在底下的器物，现有技术中的砧板通常是一块矩形木板、竹板或塑料板等，在一些大型的烹饪操作中，如酒店和餐饮店等，切墩者在食物切完后，通常是用手将食物扒到要存放的地方，不但效率低，而且较不卫生。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的主要目的在于克服现有技术中的砧板功能单一的缺点，提供一种两用砧板，既可作为普通的砧板使用，也可作为铲子使用。
本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种两用砧板，包括矩形的砧板本体，该砧板本体的一侧形成有把手，该砧板本体与该把手相对的侧边形成斜角边结构。
所述斜角边结构的倾斜角为20-40°。
所述把手上设有挂孔。
本实用新型的一种两用砧板在作为普通砧板使用时，可在上面捶、切、剁、砸等操作，与普通的砧板功能无异；而当作为铲子使用时，可手拿把手将砧板拿起，顺势将食物铲到待存放的地方。
由上述对本实用新型的描述可知，与现有技术相比，本实用新型的一种两用砧板既可作为普通的砧板使用，又可作为铲子使用，一板两用，特别是在较大型的烹饪操作时十分实用，不但提高操作效率，且干净卫生。

以下通过具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步的描述。
参照图1，本实用新型的一种两用砧板，包括矩形的砧板本体10，砧板本体10的一侧形成有把手11，砧板本体10与把手11相对的侧边形成斜角边结构12。
参照图1，斜角边结构12的倾斜角a为20-40°，优选为30°，在这一角度范围内，能最大程度上发挥砧板作为铲子使用的功能。
参照图1，把手11上设有挂孔111，在不使用砧板时，可将其挂起，不但提高空间利用率，使得厨房整齐有序，也干净卫生。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种两用砧板，其特征在于：所述斜角边结构的倾斜角为20-40°。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种两用砧板，其特征在于：所述把手上设有挂孔。
