一种牙刷，包括刷头和刷柄，刷头的正面设有刷毛，其特征在于：所述刷头的侧面设有长度标记的刻度。
因为在牙刷的刷头侧面标记了刻度，所以每次刷牙时可根据目测刻度从牙膏盒内挤出定长的牙膏，以此控制刷牙时合理的牙膏用量，既能刷牙干净，又不会造成浪费。

如图1、2所示，这种牙刷，包括刷头1和刷柄2，刷头1的正面设有刷毛3，所述刷头1的侧面设有长度标记的刻度4，刻度4总长为3厘米，刻度精度为毫米。使用者每次刷牙时可以根据目测刻度4从牙膏盒内挤出定长的牙膏，以此控制合理的牙膏用量，既能刷牙干净，又不会造成浪费，非常方便。
