本实用新型属于五金家具配件制造技术领域，具体涉及一种支撑桌子、椅子、茶几、衣柜、电视柜、床等家具的薄壁金属支撑脚。
背景技术
近些年来，中国的五金家具市场发展蓬勃，出现了各式各样由金属制作的家具产品，还出口到世界各地。目前用于金属家具制品的工艺主要采用铸造工艺，铸造工艺造型多样，但模具成本高，生产效率低，且为实心结构，耗材较大，致使生产成本居高不下。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种低成本的用于支撑桌子、椅子、茶几、衣柜、电视柜等家具的薄壁金属支撑脚。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种薄壁金属支撑脚，其特征在于：其包括有两冲压成型的支撑件，所述的两支撑件相对设置并焊接成一整体，所述的两支撑件接合处相吻合。
本实用新型的积极效果：由于支撑脚采用为薄壁金属板制作，为中空的结构，非实心结构，相对采用铸造工艺制作的实心支撑脚，用材更少，因此生产成本较低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型所述薄壁金属支撑脚的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。
如图1-5所示：本实用新型所述的薄壁金属支撑脚，包括有两冲压成型的支撑件1和支撑件2，支撑件1和支撑件2相对设置并焊接成一整体，两支撑件接合处相吻合。
制造薄壁金属支撑脚的生产方法，包括以下工序：a、根据支撑脚外形需要，选择金属板材的材质、厚度及尺寸大小，将材质和尺寸合适的金属板材利用冲压技术经过一次或多次加工，形成具有开口的支撑件，冲压技术加工工序包括开料、深拉、压弯、冲孔、翻边、切边等工序中一种或几种相结合，制造复杂结构的产品，通常在冲压工序中，需要上述多道工序相结合。在该工序中，可根据需要，将冲压模具的表面设计为各种图案，提高产品美观时尚感，如图中的花纹图案4；b、由于冲压过程中，支撑件在模具边缘会形成开口边，如图1所示的开口边10和开口边11，需将两个支撑件的开口边进行切除；c、将支撑件1和支撑件2通过焊接技术焊接在一起；d、打磨焊接面，成为具有完整形状和结构功能的支撑脚黑胚件；e、将黑胚件进行金属表面处理，处理方法包括采用抛光、电镀、电泳、喷涂等表面处理方法中的一种或几种相结合。其中图3所示虚线3为焊接线，经打磨及表面处理后，该线条从外观视觉效果上看并不存在。
图6所示为采用薄壁金属支撑脚制作的茶几5，当然，该支撑脚还可以作为桌子、椅子、衣柜、电视柜、床等家具的支撑脚。

1.一种薄壁金属支撑脚，其特征在于：其包括有两冲压成型的支撑件，所述的两支撑件相对设置并焊接成一整体，所述的两支撑件接合处相吻合。
