背景技术
门板的用材很多，如木板、木材复合板、铝塑复合板、铝合金板等，它们各自都有一些缺点。其保温、隔热、隔音的性能都欠佳。如木板、木材复合板等防潮、防火性能差。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术缺陷，提供一种铝合金复合门板，具有轻质、保温、隔热、隔音、防潮、防火功能。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：
一种铝合金复合门板，包括铝合金板，其特征是在铝合金板上附设有聚氨酯板。
具体实施时铝合金板设有凹凸槽，这样铝合金板的强度可以提高，同时聚氨酯板更牢固地附着在铝合金板上。凹凸槽可根据需要及结合外形美观度设定。
具体实施时，铝合金板的厚度为0.3mm-0.6mm之间，这样可保证门板的轻质。
具体实施时在门板的反面可贴上薄铝板、铝合金板等其它轻质装饰板等，增加其美观度。在应用到移动门中，可在门板的侧部的铝合金板上开设凹凸对应的槽。
用聚氨酯材料是目前国际上性能最好的保温材料，具有质量轻、导热系数低、耐热性好、耐老化、容易与其它基材黏结、燃烧不产生熔滴等优异性能。因此，在铝合金板上附设有聚氨酯板，增加了门板的强度，同时保温、隔热、隔音、防潮、防火性能明显，尤其应用在室内门、移门等场合，更显优势。铝合金板除了轻质，还有坚挺、平直光滑等特点。
有益效果：本实用新型由于用铝合金板和聚氨酯板相结合，其外形美观、强度好，且具有轻质、保温、隔热、隔音、防潮的功能。
