本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种电光笔，包括笔杆，笔杆下方设有笔头，笔头的下方设有笔芯，笔杆上方的一侧设有笔夹，笔杆的顶端设有灯罩，灯罩的内部设有电池，灯罩的表面设有开关，灯罩的下端设有灯泡，灯泡、开关、电池之间通过电线连接。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：它结构合理、操作简便、解决夜间停电不能书写问题。
