Abstract
本实用新型提供了一种注塑机的顶杆装置，包括模具顶针板、模具、动模板、二顶杆、顶针导板、顶针导杆、顶针油缸，其中，模具顶针板与模具相连接，二顶杆一端固设于顶针导板的中部而另一端穿过动模板与模具顶针板相连接，顶针油缸与顶针导板、顶针导杆、二顶杆组成的机构相连接，顶针导板的两端部位置处各设有二根顶杆，所述顶杆另一端均穿过动模板与模具顶针板相连接。增加了顶杆的数量，因而受力均匀，不易断杆，降低停机检修频率及设备故障率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种注塑机上的顶杆装置。
背景技术
注塑机作为生产塑料瓶必须的设备，而目前采用的注塑机只能安装本厂家模具，应用范围小，而且只有两根顶出杆，请参考图1所示，因受力不均匀，顶出时容易导致无法脱胚，易断杆，停机检修频率高，设备故障率大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种增加顶杆数量，在生产时受力均匀、降低设备故障率的注塑机的顶杆装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的解决方案为：一种注塑机的顶杆装置，包括模具顶针板、模具、动模板、二顶杆、顶针导板、顶针导杆、顶针油缸，其中，模具顶针板与模具相连接，二顶杆一端固设于顶针导板的中部而另一端穿过动模板与模具顶针板相连接，顶针油缸与顶针导板、顶针导杆、二顶杆组成的机构相连接，顶针导板的两端部位置处各设有二根顶杆，所述顶杆另一端均穿过动模板与模具顶针板相连接。
优选地，所述顶针导板由呈矩形槽状的金属体及设于金属体两侧的金属板一体成型而成。
采用上述结构的有益技术效果在于，增加了顶杆的数量，因而受力均匀，不易断杆，降低停机检修频率及设备故障率。

如图2所示，本实用新型提供一种注塑机的顶杆装置，包括模具顶针板1、模具2、动模板3、二顶杆4、顶针导板5、顶针导杆6、顶针油缸7，其中：
模具顶针板1与模具2相连接，二顶杆4一端固设于顶针导板5的中部而另一端穿过动模板3与模具顶针板1相连接，顶针油缸7与顶针导板5、顶针导杆6、二顶杆4组成的机构相连接，顶针导板5的两端部位置处各设有二根顶杆8，所述顶杆8另一端均穿过动模板3与模具顶针板1相连接。
所述顶针导板5由呈矩形槽状的金属体51及设于金属体两侧的金属板52一体成型而成。

1.一种注塑机的顶杆装置，包括模具顶针板、模具、动模板、二顶杆、顶针导板、顶针导杆、顶针油缸，其中，模具顶针板与模具相连接，二顶杆一端固设于顶针导板的中部而另一端穿过动模板与模具顶针板相连接，顶针油缸与顶针导板、顶针导杆、二顶杆组成的机构相连接，其特征在于，顶针导板的两端部位置处各设有二根顶杆，所述顶杆另一端均穿过动模板与模具顶针板相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种注塑机的顶杆装置，其特征在于，所述顶针导板由呈矩形槽状的金属体及设于金属体两侧的金属板一体成型而成。
