Abstract
一种车床用研磨工装，用来研磨液压法兰和支架，它主要由凸轮盘、定位轴、联接板、球轴承、垫圈、螺栓、柱塞、联接体、导向轴、导向套、底板等零件组成，其结构特征如下：定位轴压装于轴承的内孔里，轴承的外圈压装于联接板上，柱塞过盈固定在联接板上，螺栓、垫圈把定位轴压紧到凸轮盘的偏心孔上；柱塞、导向套均压装于联接体上；固定在联接板上的柱塞的圆头安装于联接体的连接孔内；导向轴固定在底板上；联接体通过导向套滑动安装在导向轴上。

本实用新型涉及一种车床用研磨工装，属机械领域。
背景技术
目前，在我国机械加工领域中，研磨零件大多采用专用机床，成本高且通用性不高，如能利用现有设备设计一套工装进行研磨，就能从根本上解决这一问题，为此，我们设计发明了一种车床用研磨工装，解决了液压法兰和支架配磨的问题，很使用，效果显著。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种车床用研磨工装，用来研磨液压法兰和支架，它主要由凸轮盘(1)、定位轴(2)、联接板(3)、球轴承(4)、垫圈(5)、螺栓(6)、柱塞(7)、联接体(8)、导向轴(9)、导向套(10)、底板(11)等零件组成，其结构特征如下：定位轴(2)压装于轴承(4)的内孔里，轴承(4)的外圈压装于联接板(3)上，柱塞(7)过盈固定在联接板(3)上，螺栓(6)、垫圈(5)把定位轴(2)压紧到凸轮盘(1)的偏心孔上；柱塞(7)、导向套(10)均压装于联接体(8)上；固定在联接板(3)上的柱塞(7)的圆头安装于联接体(8)的连接孔内；导向轴(9)固定在底板(11)上；联接体(7)通过导向套(10)滑动安装在导向轴(9)上。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构，可任意调节偏心行程，适用范围广，同时可借用淘汰车床而无需任何改装，大大降低成本、提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、附图2对本实用新型工装的具体实施方式作进一步的描述：使用时，用车床卡爪夹紧凸轮盘(1)的小端，液压法兰(13)固定于底板(11)上，支架(12)配装于液压法兰(13)上，压装于联接体(8)上的柱塞(7)的圆头安装于支架(12)的连接孔内，当车床旋转时，带动凸轮盘(1)、定位轴(2)、球轴承(4)内圈转动；联接板(3)和柱塞(7)随球轴承(4)外圈运动，拔动联接体(8)运动，联接体(8)在柱塞(7)和导向轴(9)的共同作用下，只能沿导向轴(9)上下移动，形成直线往复运动，联接体(8)上的柱塞(7)推动支架(12)上下移动从而实现支架(12)、液压法兰(13)的配磨。

1.一种车床用研磨工装，它主要由凸轮盘(1)、定位轴(2)、联接板(3)、球轴承(4)、垫圈(5)、螺栓(6)、柱塞(7)、联接体(8)、导向轴(9)、导向套(10)、底板(11)等零件组成，其结构特征如下：定位轴(2)压装于轴承(4)的内孔里，轴承(4)的外圈压装于联接板(3)上，柱塞(7)过盈固定在联接板(3)上，螺栓(6)、垫圈(5)把定位轴(2)压紧到凸轮盘(1)的偏心孔上；柱塞(7)、导向套(10)均压装于联接体(8)上；固定在联接板(3)上的柱塞(7)的圆头安装于联接体(8)的连接孔内；导向轴(9)固定在底板(11)上；联接体(7)通过导向套(10)滑动安装在导向轴(9)上。
