背景技术 开口器是医学上常用的急救用具，例如对于急性口服药物中毒的病人，在经鼻插入胃管困难或有禁忌症时，必须紧急经口置胃管，开口器便发挥了作用。而我们现用的丁字式开口器在使用过程中往往易于滑入患者口腔内，给急救带来不便。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的就是提供一种改进的丁字式开口器，它能有效地解决现用丁字式开口器在使用时易于滑入口腔内的问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：丁字式开口器，具有两支撑臂，在两支撑臂的锯齿槽内端上分别设置挡板。
本实用新型由于在两支撑臂的内端上设置了挡板，当使用时患者即使再不配合，开口器也会牢牢的固定在其口内而不滑入口腔，使抢救工作安全进行。

具体实施方式 附图示出了本实用新型丁字式开口器的结构，具有两支撑臂3，在两支撑臂3的锯齿槽内端上分别设置挡板4。使用时，两支撑臂3放入病人口腔内，使两防滑挡板4留于齿外，旋转开口器体2上的手柄1使两支撑臂3张开，从而使本实用新型不能滑出口外，而两个防滑挡板4使本实用新型不能滑入口内。
