本实用新型涉及一种防静电鞋。
背景技术
鞋是人们重要的日常生活用品，其基本结构包括鞋大底、鞋中底、鞋内底和鞋帮。鞋大底和鞋中底一般用橡、塑等绝缘材料制成，具有绝缘功能，人穿着时，将人体与大地隔离，形不成导电通路。可是，人们穿着的衣物中很多含有化纤材料，干燥的环境中，因摩擦人体会带有静电，由于现有鞋鞋底的绝缘作用，人体不能与大地相通，电荷不能自动释放，电位会愈来愈高，破坏人体固有的生物场，使人容易烦躁不安，甚至造成体弱多病；高电位的电荷好还会造成火花放电，在易燃易爆的环境中，这种火花放电甚至酿出重大的安全事故。另外，在精密仪表仪器、集成电路等精密产品的制造过程中，人体带的静电也会对产品的质量产生影响。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对上述缺陷，提供一种可导电的防静电鞋。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种具有如下结构的防静电鞋，包括鞋大底、鞋中底和鞋内底，其结构特点在于鞋大底和鞋中底用导电材料制成，鞋大底和鞋中底之间设有将二者粘结为一体的导电胶层；鞋内底的上表面上设有由多根间隔设置的导电线构成的上导电层，鞋内底的下表面上设有由多根间隔设置的导电线构成的下导电层，上导电层和下导电层相互连通且下导电层与鞋中底紧密接触。
上述结构的防静电鞋，由于鞋大底和鞋中底用导电材料制成，鞋大底和鞋中底通过导电胶层粘结为一体，鞋内底的上、下表面分别设有相互连通的上导电层和下导电层，人穿着时，脚部通过上导电层、下导电层、鞋中底、导电胶层和鞋大底实现与大地连通，人体产生的静电就会自动释放，因此，本实用新型具有防静电的优点效果，另外还兼具结构、制作工艺简单的优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的防静电鞋，包括鞋大底1、鞋中底2、鞋内底3和鞋帮7，鞋大底1和鞋中底2用导电材料制成，制作鞋大底1和鞋中底2的材料为现有技术，例如，鞋大底1可用导电橡胶制成、鞋中底2可用导电的皮革制品制成。鞋大底1和鞋中底2之间设有将二者粘结为一体的导电胶层4。鞋内底3可与鞋中底2胶结为一体，也可与鞋中底2形成可分离的接触式连接关系。如图2和图3所示，鞋内底3的上表面上设有由多根间隔设置的导电线构成的上导电层5，鞋内底3的下表面上设有由多根间隔设置的导电线构成的下导电层6，上导电层5和下导电层6相互连通，下导电层6要与鞋中底2紧密接触。鞋内底3最好用柔性材料制成，以达到穿着舒适之目的。

1.一种防静电鞋，包括鞋大底（1）、鞋中底（2）和鞋内底（3），其特征在于鞋大底（1）和鞋中底（2）用导电材料制成，鞋大底（1）和鞋中底（2）之间设有将二者粘结为一体的导电胶层（4）；鞋内底（3）的上表面上设有由多根间隔设置的导电线构成的上导电层（5），鞋内底（3）的下表面上设有由多根间隔设置的导电线构成的下导电层（6），上导电层（5）和下导电层（6）相互连通且下导电层（6）与鞋中底（2）紧密接触。
