如图1、图2、图3所示，图中的1是本实用新型的底座，在底座1上对称的固定有轴2；图中的4是手柄，在手柄4的一端固定有环，手柄4一端的环套装在轴2上，在手柄4的内侧固定有卡扣3，手持手柄4可以绕轴2移动，从而使手柄4向外张开或向里合。
使用时，手持本实用新型将GW5型隔离开关的触指用卡扣3卡紧，即可将其拆卸掉或安装上，非常方便、省力。
