背景技术
该电缆产品主要用于通信装备的地面控制系统中仪器之间连接及信号传输,是控制系统中关键部件之一。当今世界作为传输介质的多对电缆设计形式多种多样,结构组成千变万化,使用环境千差万别,恶劣的使用条件即要求电缆设计上达到电性能指标优异,同时兼顾物理机械性能和作为电缆与设备配套时的使用寿命。兼顾可能,为了达到电缆重量轻,柔软,弯曲半径小,抗电磁干扰等综合特点,本实用新型电缆结构设计应运而生。 
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的要求,本实用新型提供一种具有结构尺寸紧凑、柔软、具有一定的抗电磁干扰能力、使用温度范围较宽的聚乙烯绝缘双绞屏蔽线。 
本实用新型为实现上述目的,所采取的技术方案是:一种聚乙烯绝缘双绞屏蔽线,其特征在于:包括分别由两根带有聚乙烯绝缘层的导体绞对成线对,在其外编织一层镀锡铜屏蔽层。 
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是:(1)、电性能优越:导体选用镀锡软圆铜线,从而使导电线芯具有柔软、易焊接等良好的电气、机械物理性能。(2)、介质损耗小:电缆的绝缘层采用优质低密度聚乙烯材料,该材料具有优异的介电常数和介质损耗角正切值,使电缆的传输性能得到保证,同时该材料体积电阻率高,可以满足客户对绝缘电阻的要求。(3)、抗电磁干扰:电缆的屏蔽层采用镀锡线,该材料具有防干扰、增强电缆对外界电子信号的屏蔽等特点。(4)、使用温度范围宽:在-40℃~+70℃温度范围内,该电缆均能正常使用,具有良好的机械物理性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,聚乙烯绝缘双绞屏蔽线,包括导体1、聚乙烯绝缘层2、镀锡铜屏蔽层3,导体1为7/0.26mm镀锡软圆铜线,在导体1外挤包一层低密度聚乙烯绝缘层2,在其外编织一层单丝直径0.1mm镀锡铜线3,以上结构构成线缆。
