Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种结构简单,冷热水管能够很方便地实现全程排空的高效抗冻太阳能热水器,打开冷水阀后冷水经冷水管进入水箱,水箱水位上升,经热水管溢流而出,完成热水使用,关闭冷水阀后,冷热水管内的水在重力作用下自然排出,整条管线全部处于排空状态,绝不会发生冻堵现象,冬季不需要用电保温。本实用新型结构简单,开阀即出热水,无电器控制部件,不耗电使用安全,日常维护工作量小,是一款节能型太阳能热水器。

技术领域  本实用新型涉及一种利用太阳能将冷水加热的太阳能热水器,特别是一种输水管全排空方式的高效防冻太阳能热水器。 
背景技术  现有太阳能热水器都是利用真空管或热管吸收太阳的热量再传导到保温水箱储能,热水的产量取决于集热管的数量,实际输出的热水量由保温水箱的容量决定。存在的主要问题是:真空管内的热水不能利用,在冬季如遇到连续数天阴天寒流,集热管将会被冻破;输水管道在不做电热带保护的情况下极易冻堵冻裂;现有太阳能热水器,当保温水箱中的水被放尽后,真空管中存储的少量水,通过几天的暴晒而晒干,而后造成真空管无水空晒,使真空管达到高温状态,此时,若用户往保温水箱中注水,水流会沿着赤热管壁流下,照成真空管管壁受热不均而爆裂;太阳能热水器因其输水管道需外加电热带及保温海绵保护,这样以来即浪费了电力能源,又影响了建筑物美观。
