Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种螺纹活块锁紧装置，其包括螺母，螺母内圈开有槽，槽内嵌有活块，活块的一面设置螺纹且与所述螺母的内圈配合，活块的另一面设置紧定螺钉，紧定螺钉与所述螺母上设置的螺纹通孔配合连接。本实用新型成本低，仅通过活块结构和螺钉即能实现对螺母的锁紧。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及锁紧装置，具体地说是一种螺纹活块锁紧装置。
背景技术
为防止轴系上螺母的轴向移动，需要对其进行锁紧。现有的锁紧技术主要为双螺母并紧，该锁紧结构从效果上来讲并无缺陷，但当主轴的直径较大时，螺母本身成本较高，如果依然采用前述双螺母并紧的方式，加大了零件的制造成本。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术存在的上述不足进行研究和改进，提供一种螺纹活块锁紧装置，结构简单、成本低。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：
本实用新型包括螺母，螺母内圈开有槽，槽内嵌有活块，活块的一面设置螺纹且与所述螺母的内圈配合，活块的另一面设置紧定螺钉，紧定螺钉与所述螺母上设置的螺纹通孔配合连接。紧定螺钉外侧绑有钢丝。
本实用新型的技术效果在于：
1、成本低，仅通过活块结构和螺钉即能实现对螺母的锁紧。
2、结构简单、锁紧效果好，螺钉外侧收到钢丝的绑紧力，进一步加强了锁紧效果。

具体实施方式
见图1、图2，本实用新型包括螺母1，螺母1的内圈开有槽，活块2嵌与所述槽内，见图2，活块2的下底面设置螺纹且与螺母1的内圈配合，活块2的上表面与螺母1抵接，即当活块2嵌入所述槽内后，螺母1从形状上来看与完整的螺母无异。见图3，活块2的上表面连接紧定螺钉5，紧定螺钉5与螺母1上所设置的螺纹通孔6配合连接。
本实用新型使用时，螺母1连同活块2与主轴3螺纹连接，当需要紧固时，旋紧紧定螺钉5即可固定住活块2，进而限制了螺母1旋转运动的趋势，实现了对螺母1的轴向锁紧。同时，钢丝4绑在螺母1的外圈并经过紧定螺钉5，其对紧定螺钉5产生的绑紧力进一步巩固了对螺母1的锁紧效果。

1.螺纹活块锁紧装置，包括螺母，其特征在于所述螺母内圈开有槽，所述槽内嵌有活块，所述活块的一面设置螺纹且与所述螺母的内圈配合，所述活块的另一面设置紧定螺钉，所述紧定螺钉与所述螺母上设置的螺纹通孔配合连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺纹活块锁紧装置，其特征在于所述紧定螺钉外侧绑有钢丝。
