技术领域
本实用新型涉及石油稠油热采注汽管柱,特别涉及一种无套压高效隔热注汽管柱。
背景技术
目前,石油热采现场所用的注汽管柱,一般为用封隔器封隔环空的有套压注汽管柱,为石油热采的注汽工艺技术做出了贡献,但其同时存在如下缺点或不足:1)其注汽井的环空中有液体、有套压,不能实现无套压和环空无液体注汽;2)只能实现低套压注汽 ,环空液体汽化后套压容易升高; 3)如果注汽过程套压一旦升高,放套压时间较长,而且出口汽体带走热量较大;4)环空液体导热性能好,热损失大。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种无套压高效隔热注汽管柱,采用无套压、环空无液体的注汽管柱结构,有效地克服或避免上述现有技术中存在的缺点或不足。
本实用新型所述的无套压高效隔热注汽管柱,包括套管、套管闸门、注汽闸门、隔热管、井下热胀补偿器、热采单流阀、封隔器。所述套管内下入隔热管,隔热管下顺次与井下热胀补偿器、热采单流阀和封隔器相连接。
其中,所述封隔器安装于注汽层上部和热采单流阀下部的隔热管上。所述井下热胀补偿器和热采单流阀安装连接于隔热管下部、封隔器上部。                                                            
本实用新型与现有技术相比较具有如下优点:
1、采用环空无液体无套压注汽管柱注汽,热损失少;
2、环空隔热效果好,对套管的保护好;
3、环空无套压,注汽过程井口相对安全;
4、放喷后作业时,环空无死油,有利于施工,有利于环保。

具体实施方式
参阅附图,一种无套压高效隔热注汽管柱,包括套管1、套管闸门2、注汽闸门3、隔热管4、井下热胀补偿器5、热采单流阀6、封隔器7。套管1内下入隔热管4,隔热管4下顺次与井下热胀补偿器5、热采单流阀6和封隔器7相连接。
封隔器7安装于注汽层上部和热采单流阀6下部的隔热管4上。井下热胀补偿器5和热采单流阀6安装连接于隔热管4下部、封隔器7上部。注汽井口上安装连接有注汽闸门3、套管闸门2及套管1,套管1内下入隔热管4。
运行时,安装完注汽井口后,通过套管闸门2往油套环空内充氮气,井内液体通过注汽闸门3返出地面或通过隔热管1挤进油层,当氮气充满整个环空时,打开套管闸门2,放掉套管内高压氮气,达到油套环空内的压力与大气压力相一致,完成整个管柱施工,便可进行注汽操作。

1.一种无套压高效隔热注汽管柱,包括套管、套管闸门、注汽闸门、隔热管、井下热胀补偿器、热采单流阀、封隔器,其特征在于所述套管内下入隔热管,隔热管下顺次与井下热胀补偿器、热采单流阀和封隔器相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无套压高效隔热注汽管柱,其特征在于所述封隔器安装于注汽层上部和热采单流阀下部的隔热管上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无套压高效隔热注汽管柱,其特征在于所述井下热胀补偿器和热采单流阀安装连接于隔热管下部、封隔器上部。
