本实用新型涉及用于汽车座椅的调节机构,尤其涉及一种坐垫角度调节机构。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的发展和市场竞争的需求,对汽车的舒适性,安全性和经济性,不断的提出更高的要求。合理利用座椅的经济性,提供舒适的乘驾,以及提高座椅安全性减少事故中乘员受的伤害具有很重要的意义。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种汽车电动座椅坐垫角度调节机构,以调整座椅坐垫角度,从而获得更佳的舒适性。
本实用新型的汽车电动座椅坐垫角度调节机构,其特点是,包括防下潜管、倾角驱动管、前连杆、驱动螺母支架、动力输出件为丝杆的电机、电机支架以及驱动螺母,防下潜管和倾角驱动管纵向布置,电机整体可转动地安装在电机支架的下端上,电机支架的上端固定在倾角驱动管的第一端上,驱动螺母可转动地安装在驱动螺母支架上,驱动螺母支架的上端固定在防下潜管的第一端上,前连杆的一端固定在防下潜管的第一端上而前连杆的另一端可转动地连接驱动螺母支架,电机的丝杆和驱动螺母可传动地螺纹连接,前连杆、驱动螺母支架、动力输出件为丝杆的电机、电机支架以及驱动螺母构成四连杆机构,倾角驱动管用于连接汽车电动座椅的座盆,在防下潜管的第二端和倾角驱动管的第二端通过连杆可相对转动地连接。
本实用新型提供的另一种汽车电动座椅坐垫角度调节机构,其特点是,包括转动连杆、驱动螺母支架、动力输出件为丝杆的电机、电机支架以及驱动螺母,电机整体可转动地安装在电机支架的下端上,电机支架的上端和转动连杆的第一端相对固定地设置,驱动螺母可转动地安装在驱动螺母支架上,驱动螺母支架的上端安装固定在基础上,转动连杆的第二端可转动地连接该基础,电机的丝杆和驱动螺母可传动地螺纹连接,前连杆、驱动螺母支架、动力输出件为丝杆的电机、电机支架以及驱动螺母构成四连杆机构。
本实用新型的有益效果是:
利用电机丝杆转动,带动驱动螺母上、下运动,由于驱动螺母与驱动螺母支架不会相对移动,在前连杆或转动连杆的约束下,带动倾角驱动管即转动连杆和电机支架的转轴或转动点摆动,从而实现抬起或下降的摆动,将摆动施加到坐垫上,完成对乘客腿部姿态的调节,从而使得汽车座椅具有更佳的舒适性。

具体实施方式
如图1和图4所示,防下潜管1和倾角驱动管15沿纵向布置,防下潜管1在汽车座椅中为固定部件,调节机构以此为安装基础,倾角驱动管15为坐垫角度调节的驱动元件,倾角驱动管15相对防下潜管1上、下摆动,从而能调节坐垫的角度。倾角驱动管15通过座盆塑料卡扣7和汽车座椅的座盆连接。如图所示中的倾角驱动管15的左端分别与前连杆5和电机支架13固定,前连杆5的一端与管15固定,另一端可转动地连接驱动螺母支架16,电机支架13的上端固定在倾角驱动管15的左端,电机8整体可转动地安装在电机支架13的下端。驱动螺母支架16的上端固定在防下潜管1上,驱动螺母10可转动地安装在驱动螺母支架16的下端。电机8的动力输出件为丝杆,丝杆和驱动螺母10形成螺纹传动机构。在倾角驱动管15和防下潜管1的第二端也即如图所示的右端,二者通过连杆3、5可相对转动地连接,具体而言,连杆3的一端固定在防下潜管1的右端,而连杆3、5之间连接形成转动副,连杆5的一端固定在倾角驱动管15的右端。
前述各处的连接结构可以从现有技术中选择多种具体的连接件来连接,例如电机8的丝杆和驱动螺母10的连接就可以采用如图4所示的挡圈9和螺钉11来连接在一起。电机支架13和电机8的连接可以采用销钉12和螺母14来连接在一起,而倾角驱动管15可以采用塑料扣7和螺钉6连接到座盆上,连杆3和连杆5之间的转动副也可以通过销钉2和螺母4的连接形成。
工作时,利用电机8丝杆转动,带动驱动螺母10向下运动,由于驱动螺母10与驱动螺母支架16不会相对移动,在前连杆5的约束下,带动倾角驱动管15绕着前连杆5的转轴转动,从而在座盆塑料卡扣7的导向约束下驱动座盆绕座盆(其上设置坐垫)转轴抬起或下降,完成对乘客腿部姿态的调节。

1.汽车电动座椅坐垫角度调节机构,其特征在于,包括防下潜管、倾角驱动管、前连杆、驱动螺母支架、动力输出件为丝杆的电机、电机支架以及驱动螺母,防下潜管和倾角驱动管纵向布置,电机整体可转动地安装在电机支架的下端上,电机支架的上端固定在倾角驱动管的第一端上,驱动螺母可转动地安装在驱动螺母支架上,驱动螺母支架的上端固定在防下潜管的第一端上,前连杆的一端固定在防下潜管的第一端上而前连杆的另一端可转动地连接驱动螺母支架,电机的丝杆和驱动螺母可传动地螺纹连接,前连杆、驱动螺母支架、动力输出件为丝杆的电机、电机支架以及驱动螺母构成四连杆机构,倾角驱动管用于连接汽车电动座椅的座盆,在防下潜管的第二端和倾角驱动管的第二端通过连杆可相对转动地连接。
