本实用新型涉及工程机械技术领域，具体涉及一种油电混用轮式半回转挖掘机。
背景技术
众所周知，石油，作为国际社会的能源和战略物资，将会越来越紧缺，其价格亦将越来越高。而诸如常规的挖掘机等工程机械大多以燃油作为动力，这些以燃油作为动力的机械在作业时不仅耗费大量的燃油，而且其排放的废气和产生的噪声还严重污染着周围的环境。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足，提供一种油电混用轮式半回转挖掘机。该挖掘机在同等的作业效率下，耗电成本只是耗油的30-40％左右，在采用电动作业时，不仅噪声小，而且还消除了由于废气排放所造成的环境污染，满足了节能、环保的社会需要。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种油电混用轮式半回转挖掘机，包括机架和安装在机架上的动力单元、走行轮和动臂，动臂的前端转动连接一斗杆，斗杆的前端转动设置一抓具，抓具连接一设置在斗杆上的抓具油缸，斗杆连接一设置在动臂上的斗杆油缸，动臂连接一设置在机架上的动臂油缸，其特征在于：动力单元包括由油泵与发动机组成的油动力单元和由油泵与电动机组成的电动力单元，上述抓具油缸、斗杆油缸和动臂油缸通过油路和设置在所述油路上的换向阀与油动力单元和电动力单元中的所述油泵相连接。
换向阀为相互串联的自动换向阀和手动换向阀。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：
(1)本实用新型设计合理，工作性能可靠、安全；
(2)可根据工作环境选择不同的动力；
(3)节能、环保效果好。
下面通过附图和实施例，对本实用新型的技术方案做进一步的详细描述。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型包括机架4和安装在机架4上的动力单元6、走行轮5和动臂3，动臂3的前端转动连接一斗杆2，斗杆2的前端转动设置一抓具1，抓具1连接一设置在斗杆2上的抓具油缸7，斗杆2连接一设置在动臂3上的斗杆油缸8，动臂3连接一设置在机架4上的动臂油缸9，动力单元6包括由油泵与发动机连接组成的油动力单元10和由油泵与电动机组成的电动力单元11，上述抓具油缸7、斗杆油缸8和动臂油缸9通过油路和设置在所述油路上的换向阀12与油动力单元10和电动力单元11中的所述油泵相连接。
换向阀12为相互串联的自动换向阀和手动换向阀。
本实用新型动力单元6是由发动机带动液压油泵输出动力油源的油动力单元10和由电机带动液压油泵输出动力油源的电动力单元11两套既独立又相互联系的“双动力”的液压驱动系统组成。在野外或无电源的情况下，仍用内燃机驱动作业；而在重点消防单位，可关停内燃机，就近接通380V电源，采用电机驱动液压系统，通过换向阀12带动抓具1作业，如此可避免因内燃机作业时排出烟火，可能造成火灾的不安全问题。另外，“双动力”系统还可保证在一套系统出现问题时另一套系统能保证正常工作的要求。采用自动换向阀可避免因人工操作时失误时引起的因液压油泵或发动机、电机负载过大而导致其它元件损坏的事故。

Claims (2)

1.一种油电混用轮式半回转挖掘机，包括机架(4)和安装在机架(4)上的动力单元(6)、走行轮(5)和动臂(3)，动臂(3)的前端转动连接一斗杆(2)，斗杆(2)的前端转动设置一抓具(1)，抓具(1)连接一设置在斗杆(2)上的抓具油缸(7)，斗杆(2)连接一设置在动臂(3)上的斗杆油缸(8)，动臂(3)连接一设置在机架(4)上的动臂油缸(9)，其特征在于：动力单元(6)包括由油泵与发动机组成的油动力单元(10)和由油泵与电动机组成的电动力单元(11)，上述抓具油缸(7)、斗杆油缸(8)和动臂油缸(9)通过油路和设置在所述油路上的换向阀(12)与油动力单元(10)和电动力单元(11)中的所述油泵相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油电混用轮式半回转挖掘机，其特征在于：换向阀(12)为相互串联的自动换向阀和手动换向阀。
