Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种集成式垃圾筒的功能及其原理图。一种集成式垃圾筒是由下列部件组成：1立柱内块、2立柱外块、3垃圾筒筒底、4边板、5边板、6立柱外块卡扣、7立柱内块卡扣、8上圈卡槽、9边板卡扣、10上圈、11垃圾筒底卡槽、12上圈卡槽、13立柱卡槽、14边板卡扣。本实用新型具有拆装方便，外形美观，库存面积小，运输费用低等优点，易于推广，市场前景广阔。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及到一种垃圾筒，特别涉及到一种集成式垃圾筒。 
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，生活垃圾量不断的增加，垃圾筒已是居家或公共场合所不可缺少的产品。目前市场上出售的垃圾筒都是整体式的，不便于携带和运输，因为垃圾筒体积大重量轻，所以运输费用较高，这无形中提高了成本。近年来国家专利局公告了一些有关垃圾筒的专利如：02267380.6方便垃圾筒、02211906.X新型垃圾筒、02222602.8电动环保垃圾筒、02209043.6垃圾筒架构造，但国内外均未见到集成式垃圾筒。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种集成式垃圾筒，它运输时可拆卸，到异地后再装配，而且拆装方便，外型美观，占库存面积小，运输费用低等特点，易于推广，市场前景广阔。 
为达到上述目的，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：集成式垃圾筒由底座、筒身两部分组成。其中立柱内块1和立柱外块2相互插在一起，使立柱外块卡扣6卡在立柱内块卡扣7内，形成一根整体的立柱。把四根整体的立柱一端插在垃圾筒筒底3所对应的立柱卡槽13位置上，四根整体立柱的另一端插在上圈卡槽8内，把边板4和边板5上的边板卡扣9分别扣在垃圾筒底卡槽11和上圈10上的上圈卡槽12内，再把边板4和边板5上的边板卡扣14同时卡在立柱内块1和立柱外块2之间的卡槽内。

从上述图中可以看出一种集成式垃圾筒是由下列部件组成：1立柱内块、2立柱外块、3垃圾筒筒底、4边板、5边板、6立柱外块卡扣、7立柱内块卡扣、8上圈卡槽、9边板卡扣、10上圈、11垃圾筒底卡槽、12上圈卡槽、13立柱卡槽、14边板卡扣。立柱内块1和立柱外块2相互插在一起，使立柱外块卡扣6卡在立柱内块卡扣7内，形成一根整体的立柱。把四根整体的立柱一端插在垃圾筒筒底3所对应的立柱卡槽13位置上，四根整体立柱的另一端插在上圈卡槽8内，把边板4和边板5上的边板卡扣9分别扣在垃圾筒底卡槽11和上圈10上的上圈卡槽12内，再把边板4和边板5上的边板卡扣14同时卡在立柱内块1和立柱外块2之间的卡槽内。 
具体实施方案
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。 
如图1至图6所示，本实用新型的一种集成式垃圾筒，它包括立柱内块1和立柱外块2相互插在一起，使立柱外块卡扣6卡在立柱内块卡扣7内，形成 一根整体的立柱。把四根整体的立柱一端插在垃圾筒筒底3所对应的立柱卡槽13位置上，四根整体立柱的另一端插在上圈卡槽8内，把边板4和边板5上的边板卡扣9分别扣在垃圾筒底卡槽11和上圈10上的上圈卡槽12内，再把边板4和边板5上的边板卡扣14同时卡在立柱内块1和立柱外块2之间的卡槽内，集成式垃圾筒就组装完成了。

1.一种集成式垃圾筒，是由立柱内块(1)、立柱外块(2)、垃圾筒筒底(3)、边板(4)、边板(5)、立柱外块卡扣(6)、立柱内块卡扣(7)、上圈卡槽(8)、边板卡扣(9)、上圈(10)、垃圾筒底卡槽(11)、上圈卡槽(12)、立柱卡槽(13)、边板卡扣(14)所组成，其特征在于：立柱内块(1)和立柱外块(2)相互插在一起，使立柱外块卡扣(6)卡在立柱内块卡扣(7)内，形成一根整体的立柱，把四根整体的立柱一端插在垃圾筒筒底(3)所对应的立柱卡槽(13)位置上，四根整体立柱的另一端插在上圈卡槽(8)内，把边板(4)和边板(5)上的边板卡扣(9)分别扣在垃圾筒底卡槽(11)和上圈(10)上的上圈卡槽(12)内，再把边板(4)和边板(5)上的边板卡扣(14)同时卡在立柱内块(1)和立柱外块(2)之间的卡槽内。
