技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种改进的锪孔刀具,具体地说涉及一种以已加工孔为导向孔的锪钻。 
背景技术
锪孔加工就是对工件上已加工的孔刮平端面或切出锥形、圆柱形凹坑的方法,如减速器、联轴器中的螺栓孔上面圆柱形凹坑就是典型的需要锪孔的结构,常规是采用锪钻进行加工。 
对于一些有位置度要求的圆柱形凹坑,要求加工完成后圆柱形凹坑与螺栓孔的轴线不能有偏移,目前常规的加工方法是采用具有导向柱的锪钻(如图1所示)。其导向柱直径是与螺栓孔直径相匹配的。 
但是,在制造锪钻的螺旋形切削刃的时候,由于存在退刀过程,不可避免的将在导向柱的表面上留有螺旋形退刀槽,这样在进行导向加工的时候势必造成螺栓孔内表面损伤,造成产品质量不满足要求、成品率低、产品和材料浪费等现象。 
实用新型内容: 
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种以已加工孔为导向孔,加工过程中不会损伤螺栓孔内表面的锪钻。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:一种改进的锪孔刀具,主要由导向套、导向柱、切削刃、钻头刀杆组成,导向套通过焊接,联接在导向柱上,导向套的作用是加工过程中不会损伤已加工孔的表面质量,同时保证加工位置精度。 
本实用新型能满足制造企业对有位置度要求的锪孔加工需要,同时具有结构简单、便于制作、加工性能稳定、保证精度、满足加工要求的特点。
