Abstract
深松铲可摆动式安装结构属于农业机械；在深松机主梁架上安装固定座，销轴插配在固定座和深松铲总成的销孔内，将深松铲总成可摆动地铰连连接安装在固定座上；本结构使整地深松机具作业时机组运行直线性好，转弯省力，且易于机组控制调整，减少机具磨损，操作劳动强度低。

本实用新型属于农业机械，主要涉及一种耕整地机具上的深松铲安装结构。
背景技术
目前，深松铲总成在各种结构的农机具机架上全部采用刚性安装连接结构，即深松铲总成在作业时与机架成刚性一体，不能作任何相对活动。由此造成拖拉机机组运动的直线性较差，尤其是当采用在拖拉机前侧部位设置深松铲总成时，在土壤侧向阻力作用下，拖拉机驾驶人员操作和调整拖拉机组作业运动的直线性时非常困难，不仅费力，作业质量差，而且加大了拖拉机磨损，降低使用寿命。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题，设计提供一种深松铲可摆动式安装结构，达到深松作业时方便机组操作、提高作业质量、减轻操作强度、减少机械磨损的目的。
本实用新型的基本设计是，在深松机主梁架上配置安装固定座，销轴插配在固定座和深松铲总成的销孔内，将深松铲总成可摆动地铰连连接安装在固定座上，至此构成深松铲可摆动式安装结构。
本实用新型作业使用时，深松铲总成可围绕销轴往复转动，实现相对于深松机主梁架的摆动运动，减轻了拖拉机机组直线性调整或转弯操作时的阻力，具有调整省力、结构简单、造价低廉、减少机械磨损的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型最佳实施方案进行详细描述。在深松机主梁架1上配置安装固定座2，销轴3插配在固定座2和深松铲总成4的销孔内，将深松铲总成4可摆动地铰连连接安装在固定座2上。
作业时，拖拉机牵引整地深松机具向前方运动，铰连安装在深松机主梁架1上的深松铲总成4在土壤中完成深松作业。在机组直线行走时，深松铲总成4在两侧土壤阻力作用下，实现左、右摆动，以减小作业阻力，并保证机组运动的直线性。在机组转弯时，深松铲总成4在深松机主梁架1上向相反方向转动，减小转弯阻力，有利于机组转弯调整，且减轻转弯操作强度。

1.一种深松铲可摆动式安装结构，其特征在于在深松机主梁架(1)上配置安装固定座(2)，销轴(3)插配在固定座(2)和深松铲总成(4)的销孔内，将深松铲总成(4)可摆动地铰连连接安装在固定座(2)上。
