本实用新型涉及一种沸腾干燥装置，包括罐体，罐体的上方有进料口，罐体的下方设有出料口，所述罐体的侧壁下方开有孔，连接管道；所述的管道至少有一条；所述的管道关于罐体的中心对称；所述的出料口上设有流量控制阀，所述的侧壁上设有能够控制流量控制阀的感应控制开关；所述的感应控制开关设有上下两个。通过管道向罐体内通气体，使得产品像沸水一样沸腾起来，潮湿气体被吹出罐体外，达到产品充分干燥的目的；通过罐体下的流量控制阀和罐体侧壁的感应控制开关，控制产品从罐体中流出的流量，保证罐体内的产品能够在干燥罐体内停留足够的时间，保证充分干燥。

本实用新型涉及一种可交联产品的输送装置，尤其是涉及一种沸腾干燥装置。
背景技术
目前，塑料粒子产品应用非常广泛，但产品生产过程中经过水冷却后，需要进行干燥处理，现有技术通常是将水冷却后通过风机干燥后，进入包装料仓直接包装，针对交联塑料粒子产品，该干燥技术不能很好地达到技术要求，经常会导致产品因水分过多，提前产生预交联反应，失去了产品的应用特性。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够使产品充分混合干燥的沸腾干燥装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种沸腾干燥装置，包括罐体，罐体的上方有进料口，罐体的下方设有出料口，所述罐体的侧壁下方开有孔，连接管道，罐体的上方设有出风口7。
为了能够使产品充分的沸腾起来，并把潮湿气体带出罐体外而达到干燥目的，所述的管道至少有一条；所述的管道与罐体的中心对称。
为了能够控制出料的速度，所述的出料口上设有流量控制阀，所述的侧壁上设有能够控制流量控制阀的感应控制开关；所述的感应控制开关设有上下两个。
本实用新型的有益效果：通过管道向罐体内通气体，使得产品像沸水一样沸腾起来，通过把潮湿气体吹出罐体外而起到干燥效果，；通过罐体下的流量控制阀和罐体侧壁的感应控制开关，控制原料从罐体中流出的流量，保证罐体内 的产品容量始终在一个特定的范围内，保证产品在罐体内停留足够的时间，能够充分干燥。

具体实施方式
如图1所示一种沸腾干燥装置，包括罐体1，罐体1的上方有进料口6，罐体1的下方设有出料口3，所述罐体1的侧壁下方开有孔，连接管道2；所述的管道2至少有一条；所述的管道2关于罐体1的中心对称；所述的出料口3上设有流量控制阀4，所述的侧壁上设有能够控制流量控制阀4的感应控制开关5；所述的感应控制开关5设有上下两个。
通过进料口6向罐体1注入产品，在管道2中通入空气，用空气将塑料粒子产品吹得像沸水一样的沸腾状混合，原料越加越多，当产品的高度加到下部的感应控制开关5时，下部的感应控制开关5控制流量控制阀4慢慢放出产品，当产品的高度加到上部的感应控制开关5时，上部的感应控制开关5控制流量控制阀4快速放出产品。采用中心对称的管道2的组合，能够保证产品在注入罐体时，要沸腾起来，达到干燥的目的。

4.根据权利要求1所述的沸腾干燥装置，其特征是：所述的出料口(3)上设有流量控制阀(4)，所述的侧壁上设有能够控制流量控制阀(4)的感应控制开关(5)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的沸腾干燥装置，其特征是：所述的感应控制开关(5)设有上下两个。
