其技术方案是：主要是由内刀、外刀、固定轴组成，内刀和外刀通过固定轴连接在一起，所述的内刀由内刀头和内刀柄组成镰刀形状的一体结构，所述的外刀由外刀头和外刀柄组成镰刀形状的一体结构。
上述的内刀头和外刀头的截面都是半圆形凹槽结构，两刀头端部为圆形。

使用时，用手将内刀柄3、外刀柄4分离，此时内刀头1、外刀头2闭合，缓缓伸进患者的肛门，当触到干硬大便时，再将内刀柄3、外刀柄4闭合，此时内刀头1、外刀头2分离，继续伸进，再次用手将内刀柄3、外刀柄4分离，将内刀头1、外刀头2闭合夹住大便，拖出肛门，反复操作，直到干净为止。
