本实用新型涉及一种适用于1-2MHz低频率带宽下传输模拟信号和数字信号的通信电缆,主要应用于固定或移动无线通信和类似技术的电子装置中射频信号的传输的一种铜包铝编织同轴电缆。
背景技术
当今世界电子电信设备发展迅猛,通信传输要求形式多样。电缆买卖双方市场竞争异常火爆,低中端电信用户要求电缆既能保证通信要求同时尽可能降低成本,电缆制造企业不得不提高技术,自主研发,通过电缆改型等技术手段占领市场份额,实现买卖双方共赢。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术的要求,本实用新型提供了一种铜包铝编织同轴电缆,从组成材料的选择到结构的设计完全能达到市场用户要求。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种铜包铝编织同轴电缆,其特征在于:包括在单根实芯铜导体外挤包一层发泡聚乙烯绝缘层构成的绝缘芯线,在绝缘线芯外编织一层铜包铝金属线作为同轴外导体、紧贴外导体挤包一层PVC内护套构成单元同轴线芯,多根所述单元同轴线芯集合成电缆缆芯,在其外依次绕包一层聚酯薄膜包覆层、铜包铝金属线编织的屏蔽层、挤包一层PVC外护套。
本实用新型的有益效果是:1、电缆材料通用性好:发泡绝缘技术已经成熟,普遍使用在微同轴电缆领域,电工圆铜线和环保PVC材料通用性强。2、低频段通信指标稳定:铜包铝编织替代铜丝编织,根据电工学肌肤效应原理,在1-2MHz时完全可以满足阻抗和衰减主要指标要求,试验检测也完全证明这一点。3、外导体及总编织采用铜包铝材料使电缆自身重量减轻:铜包铝替代铜线编织,前者比重只有铜线1/3左右,电缆重量减轻。4、成本低:电缆采用重量轻的铜包铝材料,电缆成本下降,市场价格竞争优势明显。5、加工方便:使用一般的通讯电缆制造设备加工,设备通用性强,方便简单。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,铜包铝编织同轴电缆,包括在单根实芯铜导体1-1外挤包一层发泡聚乙烯绝缘层1-2构成的绝缘芯线,在绝缘线芯外编织一层铜包铝金属线作为同轴外导体1-3、紧贴外导体1-3挤包一层PVC内护套1-4构成单元同轴线芯1,多根单元同轴线芯1集合成电缆缆芯,在其外依次绕包一层聚酯薄膜包覆层2、铜包铝金属线编织的屏蔽层3、挤包一层PVC外护套4。多根单元同轴线芯1为七根。
本实用新型可以通过以下工艺过程制造得到:用电线电缆铜线拉线机生产所需尺寸的单根实芯铜导体1-1作为内导体;用普通挤塑机在内导体1-1外挤包发泡聚乙烯绝缘层1-2构成绝缘线芯,普通电缆金属编织机实现在绝缘线芯外均匀编织铜包铝做外导体1-3,其外用普通挤塑机完成PVC内护套1-4加工构成单元同轴线芯1;将多根单元按正规排列在成缆机上进行成缆集合,在其外绕包聚酯薄膜包覆层2,然后是在金属编织机上编织铜包铝做总屏蔽3,最外层采用挤出机挤包一层PVC外护套4。

1.一种铜包铝编织同轴电缆,其特征在于:包括在单根实芯铜导体(1-1)外挤包一层发泡聚乙烯绝缘层(1-2)构成的绝缘芯线,在绝缘线芯外编织一层铜包铝金属线作为同轴外导体(1-3)、紧贴外导体(1-3)挤包一层PVC内护套(1-4)构成单元同轴线芯(1),多根所述单元同轴线芯(1)集合成电缆缆芯,在其外依次绕包一层聚酯薄膜包覆层(2)、铜包铝金属线编织的屏蔽层(3)、挤包一层PVC外护套(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铜包铝编织同轴电缆,其特征在于:所述多根单元同轴线芯(1)为七根。
