本实用新型公开了一种油套管连接螺纹磷化装置，包括存放有磷化液的磷化池，所述的磷化池底部设有加热磷化液的加热管，磷化池上设有水泵，水泵的入水端管路连接磷化液，水泵的出水端连接有喷淋管，喷淋管的出口位于磷化池的工件进入端。本实用新型采用这种喷淋式方式对油套管连接螺纹进行热磷化处理，可以磷化较长的工件，缩短磷化处理的时间，提高工效，同时磷化温度也可以得到有效控制，有利于提高油套管连接螺纹部位的磷化效果和表面质量。

本实用新型涉及一种油套管连接螺纹磷化装置。
背景技术
钻铤、直连型及某些特殊性油套管的连接端螺纹通常需要进行磷化处理，以提高耐蚀性，但这类油套管由于长度较长，难以放入磷化池进行整体热磷化，所以一般采用冷磷化方式进行磷化处理，即在工件表面采用手工刷涂磷化液，磷化后工件自然干燥，而在实际操作过程中，冷磷化给生产和质量上带来了很多副面的影响，比如：磷化时间比较长，磷化次数比较多，稍有不慎需磷化处理的螺纹部分就会发黄，从而影响了螺纹的表面质量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：克服现有技术中之不足，提供一种油套管连接螺纹磷化装置，以提高工件的磷化处理效果和表面质量。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种油套管连接螺纹磷化装置，包括存放有磷化液的磷化池，所述的磷化池底部设有加热磷化液的加热管，磷化池上设有水泵，水泵的入水端管路连接磷化池内的磷化液，水泵的出水端连接有喷淋管，喷淋管的出口位于磷化池的工件进入端。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型采用喷淋式方式对油套管连接螺纹进行热磷化处理，可以磷化较长的工件，磷化温度也可以得到有效控制，有利于提高油套管连接螺纹的磷化效果和表面质量。

如图1所示的一种油套管连接螺纹磷化装置，包括存放有磷化液的磷化池1，在磷化池1的底部位置设置有三个用于对磷化液进行加热的加热管2，在磷化池1还上设有水泵3，水泵3的入水端管路连接磷化池1内的磷化液，水泵3的出水端连接有喷淋管4，喷淋管4的出口位于磷化池1的工件进入端，需磷化处理的油套管5进入磷化池1，喷淋管4将水泵3打出的已加热的磷化液喷向油套管5的连接螺纹部位，对其进行磷化处理，处理后的磷化液回落到磷化池1内，循环使用。采用这种喷淋式方式对油套管5连接螺纹进行热磷化处理，可以磷化较长的工件，缩短磷化处理的时间，提高工效，同时磷化温度也可以得到有效控制，有利于提高油套管5连接螺纹部位的磷化效果和表面质量。

1.一种油套管连接螺纹磷化装置，包括存放有磷化液的磷化池(1)，其特征是：磷化池(1)底部设有加热磷化液的加热管(2)，磷化池(1)上设有水泵(3)，水泵(3)的入水端管路连接磷化池(1)内的磷化液，水泵(3)的出水端连接有喷淋管(4)，喷淋管(4)的出口位于磷化池(1)的工件进入端。
