本实用新型涉及一种LED天花灯,具体地说是一种散热效果好的散热大功率LED天花灯。
背景技术
近几年来,由于白色光的LED的开发成功,LED开始进入到照明行业。LED属于冷光源,与白枳灯和荧光灯相比,它具有省电节能、寿命长、耐冲击即不易破碎等优点,与荧光灯相比,还有不闪烁、启动速度快、对环境无污染的优点,被光电行业视为新一代理想光源。LED虽然被视为冷光源,但工作时仍会产生一定的热量,LED的工作温度一般应小于50度。有资料显示,当LED的工作温度达到55度时,其寿命就要减少一半。目前,市面常规大功率LED天花灯散热铝使用一体式,即大功率LED焊接在铝基线路板上,整块铝基线路板通过一体的散热器材进行散热,此散热结构导致大功率灯板中心点温度积聚,致使此结构天花灯所使用LED单颗功率不能太高。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种散热效果好的大功率LED天花灯。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现。
一种散热大功率LED天花灯,包括LED灯、透镜、金属散热铝基板与灯体,LED灯安装在金属散热铝基板上,LED灯位于透镜内,其特征在于:所述与LED灯位置相对应处安装有散热铝型材柱状体。
所述散热铝型材柱状体通过螺丝固定在LED灯热垫下。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点。
本实用新型将原有一体式散热结构替换,更改为大功率LED单个独立散热,即天花灯板上每个大功率LED热层直接连接在散热铝型材柱状体上,保证各LED散热的独立性,解决灯板中心点温度积聚现象,此结构天花灯可不限制LED功率。

下面结合附图对本实用新型散热大功率LED天花灯作进一步详细描述。
如图1所示,本实用新型所述的散热大功率LED天花灯主要由天花灯灯体1、带扣位二次透镜2、大功率LED灯3、金属散热铝基板4与散热铝型材柱状体5组成。大功率LED灯通过无铅焊锡膏焊接在金属散热铝基板上,带扣位二次透镜安装在大功率LED灯上,散热铝型材柱状体通过螺丝固定在每个大功率LED热垫下。带有带扣位二次透镜与大功率LED灯等零部件的散热灯板嵌入安装在天花灯灯体内,从而组合成散热大功率LED天花灯成品。本实用新型将原有一体式散热结构替换,更改为大功率LED单个独立散热,即天花灯板上每个大功率LED热层直接连接在铝型散热齿上,保证各LED散热的独立性,解决灯板中心点温度积聚现象,此结构天花灯可不限制LED功率。
