现有的铝蜂窝板，有一定的保温、隔热、隔音效果，但效果并不是十分理想，有待改进。

本实用新型的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足之处，提供一种复合装饰板，能达到防火、保温、隔热、隔音、耐用的理想效果。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案为：提供一种复合装饰板，它包括三层平行的铝板，其中一面表层的铝板与中间夹层的铝板之间粘固有铝蜂窝芯，另一面表层的铝板与中间夹层的铝板之间粘固有防火保温棉。
上述结构的复合装饰板，由于将铝蜂窝芯与防火保温棉复合为一体，防火、保温、隔热、隔音效果更加理想，而且更加结实耐用，广泛适用于幕墙、天花、隔墙等多个方面。
