本实用新型属于造桥技术领域。
背景技术
在造桥时,考虑管道预应力张拉对梁体受力重要性,在张拉过程中由于千斤顶的重量重达280KG以上,人为无法进行操纵,靠现在的人工或非专用机械安装,安装过程中易发生零部件损坏,有时张拉过程中发生滑丝、断丝等现象而产生的人员伤亡。同时,浪费人力,效率不高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种预应力张拉台车,它可对张拉用千斤顶进行快速、有效连接安装。
本实用新型的技术方案是:由四根钢骨架构成台车立架,在钢骨架顶部安装有吊葫芦,在台车立架中部安装有张拉工作台,在台车立架底部安装有卷扬机,张拉工作台通过定滑轮与台车立架上下滑动配合,在钢骨架外侧安装有吸能板。
本实用新型的有益效果是:大大节省了工程成本,加快了施工的同时,改进预应力张拉千斤顶安装的不便,连接简单,方便操作,便于施工,使施工过程更容易控制。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步描述:
如图所示,1是吊葫芦,2是防雨棚,3是角钢和圆钢骨架,4是张拉工作台,5是吸能板,6是定滑轮,7是行走轮,8是卷扬机。
行走轮6主要方便台车载张拉过程中的移动,吊葫芦1和卷扬机8是台车的主要组成部分,通过吊葫芦1和卷扬机8配合定滑轮6控制张拉千斤顶的前后和上下移动,吸能板5和防雨棚2主要防护装置,吸能板5主要用于千斤顶张拉时钢绞线断丝产生能量吸收,角钢和圆钢骨架3主要是台车的承重结构,主要承担用于悬挂吊葫芦1和卷扬机8及定滑轮6,搭设工作台4,工作台4为施工提供临时操作平台。
其工作过程是:
施工准备完成后用张拉台车进行钢绞线张拉工作,具体步骤如下:
A.清理垫板及钢绞线表面的灰浆;
B.安装锚具,夹片;
C.通过吊葫芦和卷扬机将千斤顶就位,千斤顶上的工具锚孔位与构件端部工作锚的孔位排列要一致;
E.工具锚夹片打紧,将夹片均匀打紧并外露一致;
F.油泵供油给千斤顶张拉油缸,并随时检查伸长值与计算值的偏差。
G.张拉到规定油压后,持荷复验伸长值,合格后实施锚固;
H.千斤顶活塞回程;
I.拆除千斤顶;
J.切除多余的钢绞线。
