背景技术
在符合国家标准GB/T12706-2008的电力电缆中,对于导体(主线芯)标称截面≥50mm2的二芯电缆,通常采用将二根外镀绝缘层的圆形导体聚拢后再外裹绕包层、绝缘层等的生产方式,其缺点是导体之间空隙较大,紧密性差,导致成品的外径增加,对包装、运输以及敷设等问题均增加了难度。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种半圆形导体低压二芯电力电缆,其通过对导体形状的改变,在保证产品一切性能均符合国家标准GB/T12706-2008的前提下,使导体(主线芯)相互之间的结合更加紧密,成品外径减小。
本实用新型的具体技术方案是:
一种半圆形导体低压二芯电力电缆,内部为二根外镀PVC绝缘层的铜芯导体,外层由内到外依次包裹有绕包层、屏蔽层、绕包层和阻燃PVC外护套,特征在于所述铜芯导体的截面形状为半圆形。
本实用新型的半圆形导体低压二芯电力电缆,由于铜芯导体的截面形状改变成半圆形,二根导体在一起刚好组成一个圆面,彼此结合紧密,空隙极小,在保证铜芯导体(主线芯)标称截面(≥50mm2)不变的前提下,大大减小了成品的外径,使得包装、运输以及敷设等问题的难度均有所降低,并且一切性能均符合国家标准GB/T12706-2008。

如图1所示,给出了本实用新型所述的半圆形导体低压二芯电力电缆的一个实施例,其内部为二根外镀PVC绝缘层2的铜芯导体1,外层由内到外依次包裹有绕包层3、屏蔽层4、绕包层5和阻燃PVC外护套6,特征在于所述铜芯导体1的截面形状为半圆形。本实施例的半圆形导体低压二芯电力电缆由于铜芯导体1的截面形状改变成半圆形,二根导体在一起刚好组成一个圆面,彼此结合紧密,空隙极小,在保证铜芯导体1标称截面(≥50mm2)不变的前提下,大大减小了成品的外径,使得包装、运输以及敷设等问题的难度均有所降低,一切性能均符合国家标准GB/T12706-2008。
