Abstract
一种能够平衡全封闭罩壳内外部气压的防水透气螺塞体。它是把防水透气膜放入螺塞中，与端盖通过超声波铆接为一体。在将硅橡胶垫圈放入螺塞体中，然后将铆接好的端盖旋入螺塞体中，最后装上防水胶圈。对于薄壁壳体，可以另加螺母紧固。

本实用新型涉及的是一种防水透气的螺塞体结构，特别是针对解决户外灯具防水透气的一种螺塞体结构。
技术背景
目前，公知的户外灯具及电子产品的防水防护是采用全封闭方式，但户外灯具等产品因其运行和关闭，内部会由于温度变化而使气压变化较大，壳体内气体便会从薄弱部分排出腔外；产品断电后，随着内部温度的逐渐降低而产生负压，外面的雨水和潮湿空气等介质，便会进入腔体内部，长期聚积将会导致产品的电性能失效。
发明内容
为了解决采用全封闭方式密封的缺陷，本实用新型提供了一种可以平衡壳体内外气压的防水透气螺塞。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是：把防水透气膜放入螺塞中，与端盖通过超声波铆接为一体。再将硅橡胶垫圈放入螺塞体中，然后将铆接好的端盖旋入螺塞体中，最后装上防水胶圈。对于薄壁壳体，可以另加螺母紧固。通过本防水透气螺塞来平衡罩壳内外部气压，达到防水透气的效果。
本实用新型的有益效果是，使罩壳内外部气压平衡，达到防水透气的效果。并且结构简单紧凑，安装方便快捷，效果好。

具体实施方式
在图3中，一、把防水透气膜3放入螺塞4中，与端盖5通过超声波铆接为一体。二、再将硅橡胶垫圈2放入螺塞体1中，然后将铆接好的端盖旋入螺塞体1中。三、最后装上防水胶圈6。

1.一种防水透气螺塞，安装在全封闭罩壳上，其特征是：把防水透气膜放入螺塞中，与端盖通过超声波铆接为一体，再将硅橡胶垫圈放入螺塞体中，然后将铆接好的端盖旋入螺塞体中，最后装上防水胶圈，对于薄壁壳体，可以另加螺母紧固。
