背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高，目前市场上袋泡茶的产品越来越多。袋泡茶一般有内袋作为储存茶叶的包装袋，而内袋一般需要用棉线进行封装。袋泡茶挂线机构是将内袋棉线进行缠绕的机构。现有技术的的挂线机构存在挂线过松、易将棉线拉断、棉线易跑偏等问题

本实用新型的目的是提供一种袋泡茶挂线机构，以解决现有技术的挂线机构挂线过松，易将棉线拉断，棉线易跑偏的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
一种袋泡茶挂线机构，其特征在于：包括有竖向设置的可转动的挂线盘，所述挂线盘环绕盘心的盘面上设置有多个与盘面垂直的挂线销，所述挂线盘盘缘连接有多个辐条状分布的挂线爪，所述挂线爪的前端有爪口，还包括有设置在挂线盘斜下方的勾线板，所述勾线板一端固定，另一自由端绕勾线板固定端转动，所述勾线板转动至接近挂线盘时，挂线盘的挂线爪可伸入勾线板中。
本实用新型包括挂线盘，挂线爪和挂线销安装于挂线盘上，在挂线盘右下方有可在一定角度范围内往复转动的勾线板。本实用新型通过勾线板做逆时针转动，先将棉线缠在挂线爪上，然后随着挂线盘的逆时针转动，勾线板继续做逆时针转动，棉线被缠绕在挂线销上，至此勾线板开始做顺时针转动，直至避开挂线爪，进行下一次缠绕。
本实用新型将棉线缠绕于挂线爪和挂线销上，以便于将内袋和标签纸连接起来，使产品美观大方，并且能够实现自动化生产，提高了生产效率。

如图1所示。一种袋泡茶挂线机构，包括有竖向设置的可转动的挂线盘1，挂线盘1环绕盘心的盘面上设置有多个与盘面垂直的挂线销3，挂线盘1盘缘连接有多个辐条状分布的挂线爪2，挂线爪2的前端有爪口5，还包括有设置在挂线盘1斜下方的勾线板4，勾线板4一端固定，另一自由端绕勾线板4固定端转动，勾线板4转动至接近挂线盘1时，挂线盘1的挂线爪2可伸入勾线板4中。
