在人们的日常工作、学习、生活中，经常会用到胶棒，但传统的胶棒使用时多为旋转底部的套管内芯使胶棒伸出，这种操作既费时又费力，极易导致出胶不均匀，而且当胶棒快用完时，最里侧的胶棒便无法伸出来了，无法正常使用，造成一定浪费。

具体实施方式
如图1所示。一种推拉式固体胶棒，其结构包括固体胶1和套管2，所述的固定胶1设置在套管2内，所述的固体胶1的底部连接有一活塞3，所述的活塞柄穿过套管底部延伸到套管2外。使用时，将固体胶1装入套管2内，通过推动活塞3使固体胶1伸出即可。
本实用新型适用范围广，结构简单，使用方便，省时省力，能够提高工作效率，使涂抹部分更为均匀，固体胶套管可重复使用且固体胶安装方便，与现有的一次性固体胶棒相比，本胶棒外形精美、无浪费、无环境污染等优点。
