Abstract

一种手提式气溶胶灭火装置，具有外筒体、内筒组件、把手、启动装置，每个外筒体配备至少3套内筒组件。本实用新型同现有技术相比，其优越性在于：1、外筒体装配3套或以上的内筒组件，喷射面积大，灭火效能高，使用安全；2、内筒组件装配在一起作为一个组件，装配便利，生产效率高。

一种手提式气溶胶灭火装置
技术领域
本实用新型属于新型气体灭火技术领域，涉及一种手提式热气溶胶灭火装置。
背景技术
火灾的发生，常常给人们的生命和财产造成重大损失。合适的消防设备对将火灾消灭在萌芽之中必不可少。不同的场所对消防设备的要求是不同的。在现代工作和生活环境中，交通运输工具、电子设备、家用电器、厨房等相对狭小的场所，手持式及手提式灭火装置方便快捷，迅速有效，相对其它类消防设备，往往可以达到事半功倍的效果。
相对于常规的干粉、泡沫、气体等灭火器种类，热气溶胶灭火器具有体积小、重量轻、灭火效率高的特点。将气溶胶灭火装置小型化、便携化，是其应用扩展的重要研究方向。意大利Firecom公司开发了手持式热气溶胶灭火器，该灭火器没有冷却及隔热部分，药剂点燃后，热气溶胶直接喷出，喷口温度高达1200℃以上，火焰长度100mm以上。如使用不小心，极易造成人员烫伤。另外，该灭火器使用电池作为启动电源，电池随放置电量会逐渐减少。而火灾属于不定期的偶然事件，因此，灭火器长期存放后，无法判定电池是否可以正常启动灭火器。针对这种现状，本申请人的在先专利中请技术(申请号200920033448.8《一种手持式气溶胶灭火装置》和申请号201020102303.1《一种新型手持式气溶胶灭火装置》)采用冷却装置，解决了灭火器喷口温度过高，易造成人员烫伤的问题；采用压电启动装置，解决了灭火器长期放置，无法判断灭火器是否可以正常启动的问题。
手提式热气溶胶灭火器产品，国内外均尚未发现。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种装置结构更加合理、装配更加便利的手提式气溶胶灭火器。
现将本实用新型技术解决方案细述如下：
本实用新型提供一种手提式气溶胶灭火装置，具有外筒体19、内筒组件和启动装置，其特征在于：每个外筒体19配备至少3套内筒组件。
本实用新型进一步提供一种手提式气溶胶灭火装置，其特征在于：所述内筒组件直接固定在外筒体19上。
本实用新型进一步提供一种手提式气溶胶灭火装置，其特征在于：所述内筒组件包括弹簧1、隔热套2、药柱11、点火头3、粒状化学冷却剂4、蜂窝状化学冷却剂6、喇叭状喷管7、密封圈9和内筒前盖10。
本实用新型进一步提供一种手提式气溶胶灭火装置，其特征在于：所述启动装置包括保险拉环17、按键13、保险滑块14和压电陶瓷15。
本实用新型同现有技术相比，其优越性在于：1、外筒体装配3套或以上的内筒组件，喷射面积大，灭火效能高，使用安全；2、内筒组件装配在一起作为一个组件，装配便利，生产效率高。

具体实施方式
现结合附图对本实用新型具体实施方式作进一步说明：
参见图1、图3，本实用新型的手提式气溶胶灭火装置的装配方式为：依次将减震弹簧1、隔热套2、药柱11、点火头3、粒状化学冷却剂4、蜂窝状化学冷却剂6、喇叭状喷管7、密封圈10、内筒前盖9装配，并将内筒前盖9封口，组成内筒组件。将内筒组件插入外筒体19，其中内筒组件与外筒体19间灌装硅橡胶，硅橡胶固化。装配把手组件，把手组件包括把手上壳16和把手下壳18，内部结构依次为按键13、保险滑块14、压电陶瓷15，插入保险拉环17。接通电线，用螺丝固定，成为灭火器成品。
使用本装置时，拉出保险拉环17，按压按键13，引燃药剂11，产生的热气溶胶经粒状化学冷却剂4及蜂窝状化学冷却剂6冷却，通过喇叭状喷管7加速，从喷口12喷出灭火。
上述为实例描述，但在形式和细节上的改动不影响本装置的实质和保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种手提式气溶胶灭火装置，具有外筒体(19)、内筒组件、启动装置，其特征在于：每个外筒体(19)配备至少3套内筒组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手提式气溶胶灭火装置，其特征在于：所述内筒组件直接固定在外筒体(19)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的手提式气溶胶灭火装置，其特征在于：所述内筒组件包括弹簧(1)、隔热套(2)、药柱(11)、点火头(3)、粒状化学冷却剂(4)、蜂窝状化学冷却剂(6)、喇叭状喷管(7)、密封圈(9)和内筒前盖(10)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的手提式气溶胶灭火装置，其特征在于：所述启动装置包括保险拉环(17)、按键(13)、保险滑块(14)和压电陶瓷(15)。
