背景技术
对血管内疾病进行介入治疗是近年来新兴的技术领域，对心包积液进行穿刺引流、灌洗手术是心内科介入治疗的一项新技术，该项手术通过引流缓解了心包的被压迫状态，同时对引流液体进行医学检验，也有助于大夫判断病情。在临床实践中，我们常根据病人的病情在对病人进行引流的同时及时实施心包灌洗，这样对病情的恢复起到了极大的作用。实际操作中，心包积液引流装置是实施该项技术的关键医疗器械之一，它的好用与否关系着手术的成败。
目前使用的引流管是由前面的引流软管和中间的连接头及后面的导流管连续插接组成，手术中在完成引流后，如果需要实施心包灌洗，这时就把引流软管从连接头上拔掉，再将注射器插接在引流软管上对心包进行灌冲，之后再去掉注射器，把引流软管与连接头从新连接，再次向外引流。这个过程有时需要重复几次，由于反复插接、开放引流软管，极易发生临床感染，同时也会使引流软管发生移动，伤及心脏，导致心内出血，甚至危及病人的生命。

本实用新型的目的就是为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种心包积液引流装置，使用它可以使引流与灌洗操作变得简单。
