本实用新型涉及一种保健用品，特别是一种可调式颈椎保健枕。
背景技术
保健枕，是指有一定保健作用，可以起到舒缓神经，镇静安神，保护颈椎等作用的健康型枕头。保健枕必须在结构和功能上下功夫,结构合理更具人性化,真正能起到保健作用。目前，市场上的保健枕内的填充材料一致，都是固体不可调节，不利于适应个体差异。俗话说高枕无忧，其实不然，高枕使颈椎过于前曲，颈部软组织过度紧张、疲劳，易发生落枕；同时，过高的枕头会导致脑部供血不足，对椎动脉型颈椎病尤为不利。反之，有人喜欢无枕睡眠或者枕头过低，这样也不好，颈椎容易处于悬空状态，并且下颚会因此向上抬，容易张口呼吸、打鼾。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服以上的不足，提供一种结构简单、可调节高度的可调式颈椎保健枕。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现：一种可调式颈椎保健枕，包括可调式气囊和空心枕，可调式气囊上设有气门嘴，空心枕内设有填充物。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：可调式气囊和空心枕外套有一枕套。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：可调式气囊和空心枕之间活动连接或固定连接。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：保健枕的长度为30-60cm，宽度为15-25cm。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：空心枕内填有填充物后的高度为5-8cm。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：可调式气囊内可充气或注水,可调式气囊内通过调节设有的水或气体的量来调节其高度，在可调式气囊外可设中药垫，或设有磁片或钛元素物质，也可在可调式气囊与磁片或钛元素物质之间设有电热丝，用于加热。
本实用新型的进一步改进在于：填充物为中药材或真空棉或海绵。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有以下优点：通过气门嘴充气或放气或注水或放水可随意调节气囊的高度，根据人体结构循序渐进地调整人体的曲线到最佳状态 ，避免高低不当引起不适，同时可以适应不同使用者的个体差异，可调式气囊外设有药物或磁片或钛元素物质，能更好的起到保健的效果，而且通过电热丝充电后散发的热量，可使效能发挥得更好。可调式气囊和空心枕之间可拆卸，清洗或存放时不占地方，更方便。

如图1和图2示出了本实用新型可调式颈椎保健枕的一种实施方式，保健枕的长度为30-60cm，宽度为15-25cm，保健枕包括可调式气囊1和空心枕2，可调式气囊1和空心枕2均是由橡皮、橡塑等软材料制成，具有一定的弹力。可调式气囊1和空心枕2之间活动连接，可通过粘合带或子母带或拉链相连，拆卸方便，存放时也不占用地方。也可以整体固定连接而成，结果更紧凑。可调式气囊1上设有气门嘴3，使用者可根据自己的体位、病情等实际情况，通过充气、注水或放气、放水调节气囊的高度，可调式气囊1的高度可高于空心枕2的高度，也可低于空心枕2的高度，可以适应不同使用者的个体差异。空心枕2内设有填充物4，空心枕2内填有填充物4后的高度为5-8cm，因为特别是颈椎病人的枕头尤其不要采用过高的枕头。
可调式气囊1和空心枕2外套有一枕套5，可调式气囊1内可充气或注水,填充物4为中药材或真空棉或海绵。如在可调式气囊1外设有药物或在空心枕中填充有中药材，或往可调式气囊1中充入气体或注入水，并在水里可以加入精油，人睡眠时头温使枕内药物或精油的有效成分缓慢的散发出来，香气凝聚于枕周尺余，其味淡而不薄，久而不弱，清而不浊，散而不走，能起到很好的安神养病的作用，不仅有助于睡眠，还能治病。可调式气囊1的表面设有磁片或钛元素物质6，在可调式气囊1与磁片或钛元素物质6之间设有电热丝7，电热丝7通电后可产生一定的热量，能起到电疗的效果，局部的热敷可舒筋活血，在冬天使用时，不仅能起到取暖的效果，还能使枕头内的药效更好的发挥出来，具有很好的保健效果。

1.一种可调式颈椎保健枕，包括可调式气囊（1）和空心枕（2），其特征在于：所述可调式气囊（1）上设有气门嘴（3），所述空心枕（2）内设有填充物（4）。
2.根据权利要求1所述可调式颈椎保健枕，其特征在于：所述可调式气囊（1）和空心枕（2）外套有一枕套（5）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述可调式颈椎保健枕，其特征在于：所述可调式气囊（1）和空心枕（2）之间活动连接或固定连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述可调式颈椎保健枕，其特征在于：所述保健枕的长度为30-60cm，宽度为15-25cm。
5.根据权利要求4所述可调式颈椎保健枕，其特征在于：所述空心枕（2）内填有填充物后的高度为5-8cm。
6.根据权利要求5所述可调式颈椎保健枕，其特征在于：所述可调式气囊（1）内可注水或充气。
7.根据权利要求6所述可调式颈椎保健枕，其特征在于：所述可调式气囊（1）外设中药垫或设有磁片或钛元素物质（6）。
8.根据权利要求7所述可调式颈椎保健枕，其特征在于：在所述可调式气囊（1）与所述磁片或钛元素物质（6）之间设有电热丝（7）。
9.根据权利要求8所述可调式颈椎保健枕，其特征在于：所述填充物（4）为中药材或真空棉或海绵。
