本实用新型属于照明器材领域，是一种特别的太阳能移动板房照明灯。
背景技术
随着建筑业的发展，建筑工人住的移动板房也大量普及，一般移动板房照明使用日光灯，或者节能灯。这需要使用交流电。而施工开始阶段往往还未通电，使用发电机发电会造成环境的污染。且现有板房内无法布置内部线路，明线易遭破坏，给人员造成危险。
发明内容
本实用新型是为了提供一种安装方便，适用安全可靠的 移动板房照明灯。
该实用新型的技术方案是，
一种太阳能移动板房照明灯，包括太阳能板1、控制器3、蓄电池4和灯泡；所述太阳能板下方设有与屋顶板7密封连接用的橡胶垫2；所述控制器3、蓄电池4和灯泡5设在灯体内，灯体通过螺母8旋在屋顶板7上；所述蓄电池4和灯泡通过控制器3与太阳能板连接。
所述灯泡5与灯体是可拆卸结构；所述灯泡安装在灯罩6内，灯罩通过耳片9挂在灯体上。
所述灯体与屋顶板7之间还设有密封胶。
所述灯泡是LED灯头。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型安装方便，使用安全可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明：
该例的照明灯的组成为，卡在屋顶的太阳能板1，灯体与屋顶板7间防水的橡胶垫2，为了确保防水效果可在周围涂一圈玻璃胶。灯体上有螺纹，通过PVC螺母8固定于屋顶。灯体内部装有控制器3和蓄电池4，LED灯头5安装于灯罩6内通过灯体的两个耳片挂在灯体上。
本例中，控制器上有光控开关，灯体上有一开关，可以方便的在夜间实行开关。
如图2所示，本例中的控制器电路中，IC6603太阳能led灯控制器主要功能包含驱动电路，光敏控制电路,延时功能和脉宽调制电路等。该控制器高效率80~85％（ 值），可充分利用太阳能电池， l输入电流范围8-120ma 可调。调节电感可以调整电流，电感越大，电流越小。

1.一种太阳能移动板房照明灯，其特征是包括太阳能板、控制器、蓄电池和灯泡；所述太阳能板下方设有与屋顶板密封连接用的橡胶垫；所述控制器、蓄电池和灯泡设在灯体内，灯体通过螺母旋在屋顶板上；所述蓄电池和灯泡通过控制器与太阳能板连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能移动板房照明灯，其特征是所述灯泡与灯体是可拆卸结构；所述灯泡安装在灯罩内，灯罩通过耳片挂在灯体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能移动板房照明灯，其特征是所述灯体与屋顶板之间设有密封胶。
4.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能移动板房照明灯，其特征是所述灯泡是LED灯头。
