Abstract
本实用新型公开一种双半外圈整体结构自润滑关节轴承，有可轴向分离的两个半外圈(1)、内圈(2)，两个半外圈(1)内表面与内圈(2)外表面球面配合，其特征在于：在所述两个半外圈(1)轴向对接处设有沿圆周方向均布的3～4个环形槽(3)，环形槽(3)内匹配安装有锁环(4)。结构简单、加工容易、安装方便、结合牢固，可有效避免因轴承压盖没有压紧而出现轴承偏载或卡死的现象，延长了轴承的使用寿命；外圈内表面粘接钢背聚四氟乙烯复合材料球碗，其粘接工艺简单、牢固可靠，承载能力强，滑动表面为聚四氟乙烯塑料层，摩擦系数低、自润滑效果显著。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种自润滑型双半外圈向心关节轴承，尤其是一种结构简单、安装方便、结合牢固、自润滑效果好、承载能力强的双半外圈整体结构自润滑关节轴承。
背景技术：
目前，公知的自润滑型双半外圈向心关节轴承都有可轴向分离的两个半外圈、内圈，两个半外圈内表面与内圈外表面球面配合。由于可轴向分离的两个半外圈组成属于分体结构，如轴承在安装时轴承压盖没有压紧，内圈与外圈间隙过大，就会出现轴承偏载或卡死的现象，缩短轴承的使用寿命。为避免这一现象发生，现有方式是用几个螺栓连接两个分体的半外圈，以形成整体结构的双半外圈关节轴承，不但结构复杂、安装麻烦，而且占用空间大。另外，现有滑动表面的润滑方式也存在不同的问题：一种是双半外圈材料为轴承钢，在内圈球形表面加工有盲孔，盲孔内镶嵌有固体润滑剂，不但结构复杂、加工麻烦，而且因内圈必须采用铜合金加工而成，故成本高；另一种是内圈、双半外圈材料均为轴承钢，在外圈球形表面直接粘接聚四氟乙烯编织物，虽然成本相对较低，但对粘接性能要求高、粘接工艺复杂且强度低。
发明内容：
本实用新型是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题，提供一种结构简单、安装方便、结合牢固、自润滑效果好、承载能力强的双半外圈整体结构自润滑关节轴承。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种双半外圈整体结构自润滑关节轴承，有可轴向分离的两个半外圈、内圈，两个半外圈内表面与内圈外表面球面配合，其特征在于：在所述两个半外圈轴向对接处设有沿圆周方向均布的3～4个环形槽，环形槽内匹配安装有锁环。
在所述两个半外圈内表面均粘结有与半外圈内表面吻合的钢背四氟乙烯复合材料球碗。
本实用新型结构简单、加工容易、安装方便、结合牢固，可有效避免因轴承压盖没有压紧而出现轴承偏载或卡死的现象，延长了轴承的使用寿命；外圈内表面粘接钢背聚四氟乙烯复合材料球碗，其粘接工艺简单、牢固可靠，承载能力强，滑动表面为聚四氟乙烯塑料层，摩擦系数低、自润滑效果显著。

具体实施方式：
下面将结合附图说明本实用新型的具体实施方式。如图1所示：同现有技术一样，有可轴向分离的两个半外圈1、内圈2，两个半外圈1内表面与内圈2外表面球面配合，与现有技术所不同的是在所述两个半外圈1轴向对接处设有沿圆周方向均布的3～4个环形槽3，环形槽3内匹配安装有锁环4。在所述两个半外圈1内表面均粘结有与半外圈1内表面吻合的球碗5，球碗5钢基层、铜粉层及聚四氟乙烯塑料层复合而成。

1.一种双半外圈整体结构自润滑关节轴承，有可轴向分离的两个半外圈(1)、内圈(2)，两个半外圈(1)内表面与内圈(2)外表面球面配合，其特征在于：在所述两个半外圈(1)轴向对接处设有沿圆周方向均布的3～4个环形槽(3)，环形槽(3)内匹配安装有锁环(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双半外圈整体结构自润滑关节轴承，其特征在于：在所述两个半外圈(1)内表面均粘结有与半外圈(1)内表面吻合的钢背四氟乙烯复合材料 球碗(5)。
