无论是家用还是工业用的缝纫机，台板是不可缺少的部件，台板用来放置衣料及供人操作时放置胳膊，经常受到摩擦，为了提高台面的使用寿命，现有技术中，通常在台板表面贴上一层贴膜，四周贴上一层包边。这种单层包边，在台板的后续加工中，台板被夹具夹紧钻孔时，四周的单层包边很容易移位，甚至脱落，导致台面不平，影响了台面的美观，需重新再加工，增大了工作量，降低了工作效率，增大了制造成本。
