背景技术 目前设置在公共场所的公共垃圾桶一般是由垃圾桶体、两根撑柱和遮盖构成的，虽然这种公共垃圾桶能供人们丢放垃圾使用，但是它有这样的缺点，就是这种公共垃圾桶设置在公共场所，只能起到装垃圾的作用，不能起到美化环境的作用，不能带给人们直观的美感享受。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的是要提供一种新型公共垃圾桶，它能有效的避免公共垃圾桶只能起到装垃圾的作用，不能起到美化环境的作用的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一种新型公共垃圾桶，包括有垃圾桶体和两根撑柱，垃圾桶体的两侧与两根撑柱连接，其特征是在垃圾桶体的上侧设置有一个花盆，花盆固定连接在两根撑柱的顶部。
本实用新型只需要将公共垃圾桶上的遮盖设置成花盆，其整体设计合理、结构简单、制造成本低廉，在花盆内栽种上花草，既可以美化环境，花盆又可以给垃圾桶体遮雨，起到遮盖的作用。
