为克服上述缺点，本实用新型的目的是设计一种防粘切菜刀。它的技术方案为：限位挡板套套在切菜刀上，在限位挡板套的两端分别拧有右紧固螺丝和左紧固螺丝。该实用新型的优点是：该防粘切菜刀结构设计合理，构思巧妙新颖，根据切的肉类食品切片或蔬菜切片的尺寸大小调整好限位挡板套在切菜刀上的位置后，分别上紧右紧固螺丝和左紧固螺丝将限位挡板套固定在切菜刀上，然后手握切菜刀把手用切菜刀切上述东西时切出的片在碰到限位挡板套后自然和切菜刀的侧面分离不再粘在切菜刀的侧面上，使用它切肉类食品或蔬菜时使切片效率大大提高，并且使切片操作简单方便省时省力。
